As someone who has struggled with anxiety and depression for as long as I remember, it’s nice seeing so much more mental health awareness as of recently. (At least, I feel like there’s more) and recently it’s definitely been helpful cause I’ve actually been able to kinda talk about it and it’s nice to get it out. For so long I just bottled it up and recently I’ve been feeling so shit but I’ve been actually able to talk about it and just getting it out feels so amazing.
It honestly makes me happy to hear that you’ve been able to talk about your own personal issues and feel better about them💖🫂I hope that you can continue to heal from the things that have weighed you down. One of the reasons I’ve been okay with being so open about my personal issues is in the hope that it helps others to also be able to open up and heal from things that hurt them so I’m glad it’s helping.
