    Today we are making a delightful no-bake chocolate crepe cake with peanuts and Oreo cookies. Let's get started!
    Ingredients:
    For the crepes:
    2 eggs
    50 g sugar (2 tbsp)
    pinch of salt
    400 ml milk (1+3/5 cups)
    150 g flour (5.3 oz)
    45 g cocoa powder (3 tbsp)
    2 tbsp vegetable oil
    For the cream:
    340 g cream cheese (12 oz)
    80 g condensed milk or caramel (3 tbsp)
    Additional:
    100 g Oreo cookies (about 10 cookies)
    50 g roasted peanuts (2-3 tbsp)
    For the ganache:
    100 g dark chocolate (1 bar)
    100 ml heavy cream (2/5 cup)
    Preparation:
    Prepare the crepe batter:
    In a bowl, beat 2 eggs with 50 g sugar and a pinch of salt.
    Add half of the milk (200 ml) and mix well.
    Gradually add 150 g flour and 45 g cocoa powder, stirring until smooth.
    Pour in the remaining 200 ml milk and 2 tbsp vegetable oil, mix well again.
    Cook the crepes:
    Heat a frying pan and lightly grease it with oil.
    Cook the crepes until golden brown on both sides. I made 9 crepes.
    Prepare the cream:
    In a bowl, mix 340 g cream cheese and 80 g condensed milk or caramel until smooth.
    Assemble the cake:
    Lay out a piece of plastic wrap and place the first crepe on it.
    Spread the crepe with the cream.
    Repeat layering crepes and cream until you've used all the crepes.
    Crush 100 g Oreo cookies and sprinkle them over the layers of cream.
    Fold the edges of the crepes to form a roll, then wrap it in plastic wrap.
    Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
    Make the ganache:
    Heat 100 ml heavy cream in the microwave until hot.
    Pour the hot cream over 100 g chopped dark chocolate and stir until smooth.
    Decorate the cake:
    Unwrap the cake and pour the ganache over it.
    Sprinkle 50 g roasted peanuts on top for decoration.
