Hi Anthony I've been watching you for a while and seen Nel cook in this episode, I think If she looks for heavy cream instead of thickened cream you might find that it tastes better. And as far as meat there are mich better cuts at Quality Australian butchers such as rib eye
halow i think if you try < bulla > thickened cream it taste alot better for cooking then the shop brand one
Yes!!! Bulla has crème Fraiche as well as thickened cream.
It's fine Nell, it's taken me several years to addapt to Australian products. Everything here is completely different from salt to meat, vegetables and fruits etc....overtime we just got used to it.
