Search warrant??? The court will put out a "Failure To Appear" warrant. She will be arrested for FTA and held until her next court date or the judge may allow her to bail out until her next court date. There isn't any "search warrant" involved in that process.

As a landlord my mortgage has tripled since covid. If the rent don't cover the payments foreclosure is around the corner. That's why landlords are increasing the rent. It's nothing to do with bad management, it's a bad economy

For a lot of landlords if their tenants are 2-3 months in the arrears on rent, that can cause them to either face foreclosure or tax seizure. People wonder why fewer people are investing in rental property. Especially in Blue areas.
As a former law enforcement officer… the statement they said the sheriffs department failed numerous times to serve her at home and at work… sounds like the sheriffs office is dodging the matter! Totally unacceptable!
