Health and wellness week G3 to 5 - CBSE

Grade III- V CBSE Sadhanites observed 'Health and Wellness Week' wherein the students learnt how to remain physically , emotionally and socially healthy through various activities. Dr. Arvind Pediatrician - Rainbow Hospitals conducted a session on 'Beat The Heat'. His valuable suggestions on maintaining our health during this scourging heat enlightened the students with the sense of personal care. Our nutritionist addressed the students on the importance of a healthy diet. Students engaged enthusiastically in savoring Green Salad/ fruit as a part of the healthy and unhealthy diet habits. Overall, the past Week emphasized the role of self consciousness in promoting overall health and well being among the students.
