Hi, just bought this for my younger brother (we both play drums but he's obsessive about his double bass stuff). The DED 200 module you're using looks like a slightly older model. Should I assume if I bought a recent 2023 or 2024 DED 200, that the Lemon 12" you're using would be just as compatible?
It did work with my kit. You should have no problem with yours… I have updated my brain (computer - whatever it’s called) since this video to a newer Alesia surge. And it works perfect with that one as well… That was an awesome mod too. You can get those off eBay used or new for cheap. Allows you to add a 4th Tom, plus they have rim sounds.
That 12” lemon bass drum has been 100% my favorite mod so far. It is just solid as hell and true as it gets. I just got a 13” lemon snare I’m about to make a video on. They just make top notch high quality stuff at cheaper prices. 👌

Question I have the Donner ded100. Have the opportunity to buy an Alesis dm5 module for cheap. Would that work with my kit?
Man, I have the Donner ded100 - I switched to an Alesis surge module. It is amazing. Everything works and it is so much better..
