    does this workout also include tricep or do you do more for tricep

      @@juniorbray55 when u do any press, your triceps will be worked as a secondary muscle, in particular your outter tricep. But I do have a dedicated tricep day.

    Epic!!! But isn't this a bit too much,like oveetraining ? 5 sets and 4 exercises seems a bit too much just for chest

      Not for me. I'm used to high volume/high intensity training. But I do listen to my body. If I feel something is a bit off, I will stop the session and not risk a pec tear. A couple times I took one week off of upper body training just to give myself extra recovery.
