I also have the 2010 Maxxis 35 which I love. The carbon element is an amazing bow, and it is my favorite. It is smooth, quiet and is so much lighter than my Maxxis. So comfortable to shoot, smoother draw, and easy to carry. I have had my new Element for about 2 weeks and look forward to gettin in the woods in a few weeks.

I've shot this bow myself. To me it's the best bow made period!! Lightweight, accurate and very stable. Incredibly strong riser. Getting mine next month and can't wait!! AWESOME!

$1199 at a dealer here in Southwest Michigan. Ran a lot of arrows through the Matrix last year and didnt see a big difference between it and My Maxxis for the cost difference. Maybe the element taking the best from both will be a winner.

Just put one on order, $1,150. I also have a 35 Maxxis, so it will be interesting to see how they compare.

What was the first bow company that added the roller guards ? I got a Mathews LX back in 2003 I think was the year and it has the roller guards on it . Why did it take Hoyt so long to add the roller guards ?
