Hello, thanks for your video, just a few questions:
1. I'm interested in this product as I want to use the vacuum + mop function to save time instead of vacuuming and then mopping but I heard the total run time is only 25 minutes?
2. Do long hairs get stucked in the roller brush? Is it easy to remove?
3. The stand-alone vacuum looks lousy and I don't think i'll be using it. Do you think the price is worth it if I'm just using the Wet-Dry Vacuum only?
Hello. We actually use just a mop. We only use the vacuum cleaner once when something falls apart in the kitchen or when the children pick up more sand in the hallway than usual. I don't know how long one battery lasts, but one battery will wash 100 m2 of the house. As for the hairs, they get tangled and need to be removed from time to time. I use scissors for this. The price of the device itself is high, but my wife claims that it is the second best purchase in the house, right after the clothes dryer. To sum up, I think the product is worth buying.
Здравствуйте! Спасибо большое за видео. У меня вопрос: данный пылесос может одновременно и пыль /мусор собирать ( шерсть собаки , у меня тоже шпиц😊) и сразу мыть пол ? Или сначала нужно 1 щеткой пропылесосить , и затем второй помыть пол ? Как в жизни на практике у Вас вышло ?
Привет. Спасибо за просмотр и комментарий. Мы пользуемся только шваброй каждый день. Мы пользуемся пылесосом только тогда, когда убираем большое количество песка с обуви или проливаем что-то на кухне. В большинстве случаев швабра со всем справляется сама, если только вы не хотите убрать собачью шерсть с дивана, тогда к пылесосу подключайте турбощетку.

Ja zawsze robię dwa autoczyszczenia rolek pod rząd i przy drugim czyszczeniu woda jest praktycznie czysta. Po myciu trzeba wyciągnąć rolki i postawić je w stojaku do wyschnięcia. Jeżeli na szczotkach zawinęły się np. długie włosy naszej kobiety, to przed następnym myciem trzeba je usunąć. Na żadnym z tych etapów nie musisz brudzić i moczyć rąk.😁

I watched your video and decided to buy it. Water cleaning is amazing. I have one question. Do you always clean it after use? I have surface at apartment entrance thet is few square meters that I will clean everyday and maybe even two times a day. What do you think is it bad if I don’t clean Philips after every use. I will not let it stay for long if not cleaned.
I understand what you mean, but I recommend cleaning every time after washing and, above all, taking out the brushes to dry. I thought like you and didn't always take out the wet brushes. It turned out that the engines were rusty and damaged. Filips honored the warranty and replaced the entire washing pit, but during the repair I was without a vacuum cleaner, so I recommend cleaning and drying it every time. It doesn't require much time and effort, so it's worth it.🍻

I would like to buy it but somewhere i reas thaz the battery is not good and doesnt clean good.but in your test it looks good.btw i have tiles in whole big house (250) thats why i would like to buy this one. Hello. Thanks for watching the video and commenting. My wife says the Philips Aqua Trio is the second best investment of her life after an automatic dryer. As for the battery, well, there are no miracles here, fully charged I am able to wash or vacuum the surface of the entire house of 100m2. If I wanted to do both, I'd have to take a charging break. If you have a house area of 250m2, you won't be able to wash everything on one battery and buying an additional one is expensive. Personally, I can recommend it with a clear conscience because the equipment really makes cleaning easier.
Please, I would like to know if the mop also sucks up dirt and dust at the same time to shorten cleaning time instead of using the vacuum first and then the mop.
Hello. I usually only use a mop, it copes with everyday dirt: dust, a small amount of sand. From time to time I use a vacuum cleaner, for example when children carry me a ton of sand in the corridor or when something falls apart.

Hello. Yes, I still use Philips Aqua Trio. You have a vacuum cleaner and a mop at your disposal. A vacuum cleaner can handle larger dirt, but a mop is enough for everyday use.

Thank you for the video. The vacuum doesn't seem really good, did you test in stairs? Doesn't seem likely that it would be easy to use. I really like the mop function but I don't need the vacuum part since my vacuum is good.
Hello. Thanks for watching and commenting. I don't have stairs at home so I didn't have the opportunity to test on stairs. As for the function of the vacuum cleaner, you can buy a much better one, but the mop function is the best I've ever seen. In fact, we use the vacuum cleaner only when something spills or when we put sand on our shoes in the corridor and that's why it is completely sufficient, and we use a mop on a daily basis that copes with vacuuming and washing at the same time. We mainly use a mop at home, which will pick up dust or fine sand while washing. We use the vacuum cleaner when something larger spills, breaks a glass, carries a lot of sand. I have a dog but he doesn't shed hair so I don't have to clean it, but the set includes a brush for collecting hair connected to the vacuum cleaner.

В моем пылесосе перестала вращаться щетка в турбо-щетке для сухой чистки. Когда вынула валик с щеткой, выпала деталь в которую она вставляется 😭. Может Вы знаете где можно найти номер этой детали, чтобы заказать в другой стране? В моей стране Philips не ремонтирует эти пылесосы 😢

На наш Philips Aqua Trio гарантия продлена на несколько лет за счет покупки дополнительного страхового полиса, поэтому если что-то сломается, я сообщаю об этом в сервисный центр, который забирает испорченную технику из моего дома и возвращает ее после ремонта. К сожалению, я не могу помочь вам с вашей проблемой.

surfaces look so wet after mopping, is it problem?
It seems to me that less than with a standard mop. I will only add that the surface is wood-like tiles.
