It's finally here! As promised we will start with the Lich Mythic Path. We will complete all side quests and dialogues. When I pick up special new weapons and items I will stop to show you stats, so you can decide if it would help in your own playthroughs. My main romance will be Camellia but I will also have romantic dialogue with Sosiel & Daeran. Until I get undead party members, my party will consist of Regill, Sosiel, Lann, Nenio, and Camellia. Pathfinder: WOTR is an isometric single-player role-playing story game currently in development by Russian studio Owlcat Games and published by Deep Silver, based on Paizo Publishing's Pathfinder franchise. Announced through a Kickstarter campaign in February 2020, the game will be released for PC, Microsoft Windows, and macOS on September 4, 2021. A console version for Xbox Series X, Xbox Series X Gameplay, PS5, PS5 Gameplay, Playstation 5, Playstation 5 Gameplay, will be released at a later date. The game is a sequel to Pathfinder: Kingmaker.

In WOTR the realm of Sarkoris was destroyed when Areelu Vorlesh opened a rift to the abyssal planes of existence, and hordes of demons invaded the world of Golarion. Led by the evil Demon Lords Deskari, Baphomet, and Nocticula, the abyssal forces crushed all who stood against them, turning Sarkoris into a demon‑infested land now known as the Worldwound. Join the Crusade against the demonic invasion and rise as a new hero wielding unimaginable powers in this classic CRPG. The fate of this world lies in your hands.
Pathfinder has dozens of classes and subclasses with thousands of abilities, feats, spells, talents, and buffs to choose from. The spell listing allows you to choose from Evocation (Damage Dealing), Enchantment (Crowd Control), Necromancy (Undead), Abjuration (Buffs), Illusion (Crowd Control), Divination (Buffs/Disruptor), and Conjuration (Summoning). This is combined with an insane amount of class/subclass options including Alchemist, Arcanist, Barbarian, Bard, Bloodrager, Cavalier, Cleric, Druid, Fighter, Hunter, Inquisitor, Kineticist, Magus, Monk, Oracle, Paladin, Ranger, Rogue, Shaman, Skald, Slayer, Sorcerer, Warpriest, Witch, and Wizard! It is Owlcat's goal to give each of these classes at least 5 subclasses each!
Choose your Mythic Path and embody an Angel, Demon, merciless Lich, wily Trickster, superhero Azata, law incarnate Aeon, truly evil Swarm, merciful Gold Dragon, or forgo all of them to stand alone as a Legend. Each path will allow you to improve your hero in unique ways, adding a new layer to character development and making your hero and their allies a true match for their powerful enemies.
There are more than a dozen potential party members in the game including Camellia (Half-Elf/Spirit Hunter), Seelah (Human/Paladin), Lann (Mongrel/Zen Archer), Ember (Elf/Stigmatized Witch), Arueshalae (Succubus/Espionage Expert), Woljif (Tiefling/Eldritch Scoundrel), Daeran (Aasimar/Oracle), Sosiel (Human/Cleric), Regil (Gnome/Hellknight), Wenduag (Mongrel/Fighter), Nenio (Kitsune/Scroll Savant), Greybor (Dwarf/Slayer). All of these companions have their own backgrounds, alignments, and motivations. All of them are fully voice acted with unique character models. There are even more followers that are locked behind specific story/mythic quest options!

I heard that if you were a displeasent student to him (such as either by not sacrificng your youth/loved ones, or didnt get rid of your allies, you can apperently find his phlyactery before the fight in the ziggurat and make him beg, as he was planing to make you beg... I would kinda want to see that Samori, if you're willing to look around for it and reload
I wanted to be able to show it but when I look around I cannot find his phylactery. I'll try it again and see if I can find it.
@@SlanderedGaming i believe what he is talking about sir only happens if you were a terrible student and kill him despite him having your phylactery and he then smashes yours. You can then be directed by the tower of skulls to return the favor and force him to make you a new one where you can then make him beg as he did you
Oh yes this one ended up he got pissed at you. You need to refuse to sacrifice armband, youth and lover 2x. The ritual will failed and he will attack you. He will defeated then you go to lower Ziggurat and find his Wand hidden in the lower portion wall.
Zacharius is truly a tsundere he said imma get out from here but ended up appeared again soon. Best mentor ever.

@@guesswho8796 Plus, I could even see you raising the subject that even as a Lich there would be some things that you simply could not do alone....but if *two* Liches like yourself and Zacharius were to work together? Nothing would be beyond your reach!
Always play as a mage in most rpgs but prefer using dark magic over the usual fire ball unfortunately most games just use necromancy as the dark magic and some games can’t really get it right “dragon age” but I love how they doing it in wotr making it an entire quest that alters the ending looking forward to when I can get my hands on this come March
Lich is super awesome. However I will just live vicariously through your videos as I am a total sucker for romance and I have such a hard time being evil lol. Although I also struggle with Lawful characters but I am determined to be an Aeon. However it is still a super interesting path, and maybe one day I will give it a try!
Yeah the lack of a romance is definitely a downer but otherwise I am enjoying it.

Or the Lich turning her into an Undead, alongside their other mortal companions. Hell, imagine if the game literally gave you the option to be truly evil and turn even *Arueshalae* into your undead servant!

This game is so good! Can’t think of any other game that’s gonna surpass this in pathfinder. The mythic powers were so fun. I went the demon path and my character was insane whatever that class is that like berserker but can use some magic. Dude had like 12 hits with pounce was so fun. Transforms into balor and just go nuts. Love this game might play through it again after I get dragons dogma 2

The problem with the lich path is that the awesome portrait doesn't jive with the hilarious model. The portrait looks regal and terrifying, the model is literally a skeleton in rags that turns everything you wear into rags.

Or, alternatively, just give the Lich an ability similar to the Kitsune's, where they can simply use an illusion to make themselves look like their old mortal self, and that would be reflected in-game. Maybe even have it so that that illusion only works as long as the Lich is at more than 50% HP, and if they ever drop below that threshold, the illusion drops and reveals their true undead form. That way, it could actually allow you to treat your Lich like an actual "boss", where hitting 50% HP or less triggers "Phase 2" of the fight and reveales your character's true nature as a Lich?

Just got to this part in my playthrough. Interestingly I didn't still have the lucky bracers so I was asked to sacrifice half my gold; safe to say it was NOT worth selling the bracers for 100g earlier in the game..
LOL Did you not have an upgraded Radiance? If Radiance is level 4 or 5 I think he asks for that instead.

Losing the braces sucks hard. Not only do you lose a lot of gold (which isn't really a big price to pay since you will have more than enough regardless) but the phylactery it gives you is worse since it goes in the amulet slot which is more valuable than the braces slot

I did not sacrifice my youth, still turned into a bone, it sucks to not be able to stay dhampir at least.

Yup that's what I did in my playthrough. He stayed all the way through to the end.
I kinda wish there was a path for being a good lich.
You could be a more neutral Lich that gets the dead and living to coexist. When choosing your final Mythic Path if you wipe out the Demons with Gold Dragon or Legend instead of Lich then everybody in the city does not die.

There *is* such a thing as a "good" Lich in the Forgotten Realms, namely the Baelnorn, whom are basically elves who willingly became Liches in order to serve as eternal guardians of important places/artifacts. But yeah, it's a pity that you can't really play as a "Good" Lich here.

You must defeat the Hand of the Inheritor and the giant worm in the back of The Ineluctable Prison. Then her spirit will pop up and there's a Lich option to recruit her. This along with the other Ascension ending steps are listed here(SPOILERS WARNING): ua-cam.com/video/HTKb9lxrsEA/v-deo.html

guys how to deal with 20% miss chance?
Glitterdust, Blind Fight, Tremorsense, True Seeing, or Echolocation. Concealment is what causes it.
