The best step-by-step latte art tutorial on youtube... finally someone explained and demonstrated all small steps that are required for a good pouring technique. Thank you!
One of my biggest problems has always been not having clear contrast for latte art. I have looked up a lot of tutorials on how to create better latte art, but no-one I've watched has explained how to properly "sink the milk". Thank you so much, I am excited to try this next time I work!
A proper teacher explaining the detail. Thank you. Would like a short comment on the differences between steam nozzles with two - against - four holes.
Essentially, not much difference, they're built to do the same thing. There might be small variants of power+spin from the 2 to the 4, can't say which one is better. I'd adjust accordingly.. The four seems to be the more popular in a commercial setting and the two being prevalent on homes machines.
Thanks for sharing!!!! I have a full automatic commercial machine, but I will try tonight by making the espresso and the milk separately, probably will use a milk blender to create the foam.
Easily the best series I've seen for coffee craft. Even covering a simple but important tip on how to hold the jug. No wonder coffee in Australia is so damn good. I've found myself saying mixin, mixin, mixin as I pour.
I just started bartending at a place with an espresso machine. I learned the basics but decided I should learn some art too. I’m excited to try my next shift.
Great tutorial... I love the explanation on how it works. Thank you! I'll give it a few tries to see if I can at least get some white on top of the brown...
Really needed a “how to pour” video which is where I think I’ve been screwing up. A lot of videos are about how to make latte art or steaming milk, but I don’t think I get the “canvas” right. This is super helpful and gonna give it a try! Ive been holding the cup wrong and never understood the tilting of the cup other than maybe it was more comfortable or looked cool, lol. Thank you!
Gosh, you are such a good teacher! But you sure make it look much easier than it actually is! 🤣 I am right handed, but I really appreciate that you explained it for left handers as well.
Wow, this was an awesome video! I have been trying to do latte art and watched tons of videos. This was the first video that went through the process step by step and gave all the crucial details. I was able to make some kind of an art for the first time! Thanks so much!!
Great video. Even though its couple of years old, it is still one of the clearest instruction videos around. I got an issue whereby after setting the canvas and in going in for the second pour to create the heart from a low height, the white heart doesnt form and I can see milk still sinking in even though the spout is about 1 cm from the coffee surface. Any tips?
Thank you! I believe you may have not enough air incorporated into your milk so its so thin it just sinks below the surface try adding more air into the milk when steaming and try to pour again. Hope this helps ua-cam.com/video/J4dbmW5UOtI/v-deo.html
Wow I really love this channel this is the UA-cam channel that inspired me to my own UA-cam channel lots of knowledge you gain from this channel and improve your skills I love their techniques superb class 😘

She is a very good teacher. Merci beaucoup. ♡
Thank you very much, I've seen a lot of videos that make it look easy, however they never explain the entire process, I'll try it in a while :D
