Fun Fact: According to the lore in Elden Ring, Radhan actually cares for his horse's well-being, he actually learned gravity magic for the purpose of making himself light enough, so that his horse can carry him into battle.
I was just about to comment this. I didn't even connect connect dots with him using gravity magic making him light enough for the horse, but once I saw the greatsword description it was a good moment. I love the bit of lore that his entire motivation for learning all of that magic was just for his horse

He loved his horse so much that he learned gravitational sorcery just so it wouldn't get crushed. And even after being rotted, he was still holding back a meteor shower (complete with Aliens on it) from hitting the Lands Between. Even after all these years, he was clinging to his nobility.

For all dumb dumbs its an opinion after i finished the game before a patch before I heard rivers was good. This opinion is all based after a patch which was around 68 hours of gameplay for me in that same time I did the game ng+ and ng++ and got all trophies, I have played the previous games by fromsoft so I knew what to expect coming into this. For me malenia was an easy boss no matter what and still would be with or without bleed that's just my opinion 🤷.
Not being an ass but I didn't find her hard at all. I started as confessor and went into a bleed build (didn't know rivers of blood was awesome didn't even bat an eye) using bloodhounds fang then eventually morgots cursed sword. Then 3 days ago got told to try RoB with white mask and Exultation and bam melania wasn't a problem in ng+ or ng++ but only downfall is radagon and elden beast as they don't bleed so that's where I struggle
Forgot to mention blood hounds step on the claw for maximum speed.

It's no fun when the boss poses no challenge😂 a friend of mine cleared the game with Sword of night and flame cheese and now he's bored, cuz it's so easy 😅😅😅. He just broke it, by powerfarming and using the top 1 magic sword. I prefer fun and suffering over boredom
Fun fact: While the rest of the NPC summons in the Radahn fight will leave only after they die, Patches will stay until he gets hit once or twice and then just dip out. You can see the difference in messages on the bottom of the screen when it happens.

Thing is, the horse he rides is actual named Leonard. It's a horse that Radahn has had from childhood, and wanted desperately not to abandon. So, he learned gravity magic and halted the stars so that he could use gravity magic to make him as light as a feather so that he could still ride Leonard.

Correct me if I’m mistaken but I would go as far to say that elden ring of all the soulsbourne games is without a doubt a game, it was created and it can indeed be played while causing the player immense frustration (unless that player gets no maidens), I rate it: ItHappened/10

Fun fact: out of all the demigods in the game radhan is the most respected and remembered and also he learned gravity magic to still ride his horse named Leonard and he also uses it to protect Leonard everytime radhan pushes him under the sand

I actually had a bug where when Radahn lept into the sky for his meteor attack he never came back lol, or maybe he came back but was invisible cuz the NPC'S were still taking damage but there was no one there lol
I still can’t believe that the first time I fought Radahn, I beat him on my first try without cheesing, literally just a Darth Maul cosplay. I think that is the luckiest I’ll ever get in a souls game ever…
I also summoned another player in full crucible knight gear who slapped Radahn’s behind with a colossal great sword while he chased me around the boss arena the whole time, I think that helped somewhat.

To be fair, the summons in that fight can do 80% of the work for you if you keep bringing them back.

I'm pretty sure you fight Radahn just to end his suffering at the festival, as the cutscene itself says "cursed ever to wander". Remember, he was affected by Malenia's scarlet rot, and he kinda can't and learned gravity magic so he wasn't to crush his horse with probably 50 tons of demi god that literally beats the shit out of stars to keep them up. Also, after you defeat him, I'm pretty sure the general says something about the ending of Radahn's suffering because he was affected by Malenia's scarlet rot.

If it makes you feel any better, the horse is actually ok. Radahn cares deeply for his horse and turned his feet into little grav-pads for the sole purpose of taking the load off.

FUN LORE FACT: General Radahn learned gravity magic so that his weight wouldn't burden his loyal steed. The man could have gotten a buff-ass god horse for all we know, but he was like "naw this is my buddy and ima help him out" and knowing that always makes my day a little brighter :')
I work with animals and I see that differently. Its an unhealthy aversion to change from an almost almighty being. Its scary. And look where it got the horse.
Radahn is using his incredible strength and will to hold the stars in place, hes preventing his sister Ranni from bringing about the age of stars, a return to the natural order of things.

For the mimic year fight. My buddy went in while holding the sword of night and flame. But he didn’t have the stats to use it. So after it had the weapon he switched to his main one and the mimic basically just had a useless sword.
Actually Radahn learned gravitational Magic at a Young age just so he could Ride his horse, so the horse is probably not lifting much weight (but Radahn has gone insane now so i think is just question of time until his stoping using his Magic in himself to Ride the horse)

Also don't forget the fact that he was holding back thousands of Meteors/Falling Star Beasts from falling into the Lands Between all the while being Insane and fighting you simultaneously.

10:07 I've had the moonvail through the second half of my playthrough because the cystal straight sword just wasn't cutting it anymore(😎) but the REAL op weapon for sorcery is the Fallingstar Beast Jaw with 45str 25dex 50int with the Shard Of Alexander, and spam the weapon art. Which can be used very quickly in succession. Radagon staggers in 4, Elden Beast staggers in 5. Pair that with the mimic tear to pull agro and you just sit in the back shooting lighting at the boss.
Zanny after fighting some of these bosses I’ve got mad respect for you. Can’t believe it doesn’t take you 1000 tries to kill them

Shall I go on. Games were actually well thought out and felt like games back then. Elden ring has that same feel, It's impressive what they've done.

Nowadays they just focus way too much on realistic graphics, cutscenes and political views in games. Not many games are actually games anymore. No "fancy" triple A games nowadays can give the feel that games like ER has.

I’ll see your Moonveil and raise you the Sword of Night and Flame. It’s special attacks take a bit of a wind up but once it hits, you can drain a boss’s health in two or three hits.
