@@fighter2901 its not that simple as he said eb3 unskilled is 2 years process and now a days very good scam is going on eb2 niw all people paid the money and stuck .
Even if u are in usa on b1b2 ita called AOS adustment status but it takes long time to convert your visa use a sense your b1 b2 is 6 months valid after that even u proceed any immigration visa and u still living in usa u are illegal and u will not get any visa till you take assaylum .
Consultant People in pakistan dont know the reality i went to usa many times. But i m living in dubai and waiting for my interview letter from 4.5 years around .
I bet with this person if pakistani qualified in 2 years or 3 years even and got the visa i will give him 25000$ to him show his timeline .
I recommened soke good lawyers agency who charge less money u can find but remember process takes 4 to 5 years or 6 years to get your visa .

I went through same process and I have to say Sorry this guy is completely misinformed. Be careful !!! I won’t recommend unskilled because priority date is not current and moving very slowly it will take atleast 6-7 years and every year the wait time is going up by 6months. He also said that once Perm is approved it’s almost guaranteed that’s also misinformation i know atleast 5-6 guys who got rejected during green card process.
