Hi BD, we appreciate your comments! Thank you for the positive feedback. We made a 470 video of a customer build today with our new bow Bimini, which I am assuming is the dodger you are referring too. I am not sure when that video will be edited and live, but it’s in the que.

Im thinking of getting a pro 500 next spring, but i am wondering how doable it is to mount one on roof racks on my truck as I camp with an rv so i wouldnt be able to use a trailer.

Can a 500 pro series comfortably plane out while kitted up two adults and fishing gear with a 25hp power trim four stroke outboard?
I would like the motor to be portable enough for one guy to handle but yet have a 16ft boat.
Hi, I can’t say for 100 certain, as we have never run a 25 on it, and We have never heard of anyone who runs a 25hp on it.
Personally, i think it would. We run a lot of 30hp and it is no problem at all. Typically the 25/30hp motors are exactly the same motor, just tuned different.
I got a used one with a 20 hp 4 stroke and it gets on plane with two adults, 2 kids and fishing gear no prob. Ran 30-31km/h

Hi, I’ve had mine for 3 years now, it’s used pretty hard in an outport in Newfoundland, had an old 40 Suzuki on it, while it worked well it was a bit heavy for hauling out. I’m using a 9.9 mercury 2 stroke now and it works well for 1 person, it’s on the edge for 2, I’m sure a 25 will work fine, these boats start to plane about 8 mph and the 9.9 will top out at about 14.

Any plans for an inflatable tunnel design?
Yes we are looking at a few different options. The current ones we make perform almost identical to having a tunnel as we raise the transom higher than the tubes. This puts the intake almost level with the bottom of the tubes while running ….. it has a tunnel effect. We can run 3-4” of water, where a full tunnel will maybe get you 3”. The problem with the tunnel is you can’t have an aluminum floor which is an absolute game changer for the 99.9% of boating that actually happens.
The only reason we are looking at it, is the market wants it to say ‘tunnel hull’. 😎⚓️

I've owned a few of the Russian boats and have to say, not only the tunnel, but how the transom isn't connected directly to the bottom works unbelievably well for sliding over boulders/gravel and not getting impact through the transom.
If you guys beat those I'll have to buy more boats 😂
Do Stryker inflatable boat use Hypalon?
No, we use a German PVC, that is thermowelded. You can custom order a hypalon version. They are roughly $2-3k extra.
