lvl 64 poison dagger build goes into lvl 62 fortress..not many crit hits but like the spartian kicks..you could oneshot them with a better build.

You get it from Aspasia when you're done killing all of the cultists around the world. You will get a mission called "fresh start," and the mission tells you to go back to the Sanctuary of Delphi to destroy the pyramid in the Cult of Kosmos lair
