    according to your video, 90% of rice flour,10% of potato flour ?
    what is most popular recipe, with potato flour, or tapioca ? which one recipe is used in Hong Kong ?
    Why do you have to warm up the rice flour in the pan in the beginning of preparation ?

      You can try corn starch, might be slightly softer. You need to heat the flour in order to have a good texture and the noodles don't break easily. Thanks.

    Hi. Follow your recipe but the noodles does not end us as pretty as yours. I used potato ricer but it sticks together and lumpy in boiling water.😥 Can i squeezed it on the tray instead direct into boiling water?

    • @Seasaltwithfood
      @Seasaltwithfood  7 років тому

      Thanks for the feedback. Sorry it didn't turned out well for you. Try knead the dough slightly longer and if it's too wet, add extra flour. Maybe lightly oil the potato ricer. However, you still have to squeeze it directly to boiling water. Hope these help. Good luck!
