It’s amazing how versatile the chain pulling can be!
Wow..it turned out amazing. I love how you don’t get discouraged when there is something you don’t like the flower. You kept going and it turned out amazing!
It's gorgeous! I'm very new to fluid art showing how you make corrections/edited the painting was helpful for me. What was the tool you used when you were dabbing to get up some paint?
I really appreciate that you show the whole process, including the troubleshooting. It's really helpful to know how to fix small issues along the way to save a painting.
Thank you Olga! I find that watching you fix up mistakes on the fly is maybe more instructive. Sure watching a perfect chain pull which there are plenty of out there and they are beautiful to watch, but when you are trying to learn for yourself- there are rarely perfect beautiful pulls. So thank you again for showing us how you learned to fix mistakes, your vulnerability is making me a better artist!
This is awesome and I love the tips on fixing and touching up mistakes. It's nice to know you things don't always go according to plan, even for someone like yourself who has a lot of experience. It saves those of us starting out time, money and the feeling of having to scrape a canvas to start over. That's priceless.
I really like this angle of the butterfly better than just a straight on butterfly. The colors are beautiful and you really did pull off saving flower excellently. Great job I will try my hand at this version of the butterfly. Thank you for the instruction. It's beautiful!
Olga, you are, in my opinion the best artists out there, so when you struggle it is good for us to see it. It’s good to know how to fix the problems we may come up against, because if someone as good as you runs into trouble then we know we will as well at some point. Thank you for showing us how to fix it, identifying, etc.
I really liked the version of your butterfly. It turned out great and I liked your little addition of a flower. I can’t wait to try this one! You are an amazing teacher, Olga.thank you for your videos.
Can you please keep teaching us as much as possible, seems like I'm not the only one who gobbnles up everything you do. Love your way of trouble shooting, this is as much of the process in art to acquire your final composition. Thank you
Olga .. tu es la meilleure !! C'est sublime , magnifique , je n'ai pas les mots .. Tu es une artiste incomparable !!! MERCI pour ce partage super et généreux .. J'aimerais essayer ... Prend soin de toi et je t'embrasse 🙏🏻😘😘💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖
I think that troubleshooting and problem fixing tutorials are as important as technique and design. This helps someone who has never attempted to pour paint to understand what can go wrong and how to fix it. Thank you so much. I love the technique of chain pulling, but it looks complicated. I think it came out absolutely beautiful.
Oh, for an artist’s eye! I don’t have one, but yours is amazing. I was going, “Ooooooh,” each time you pulled the string. The colors are wonderful. The flower was a perfect addition. I love the trouble shooting videos. It’s sure better if we all learn together. Thanks, Olga.
Olga....I just realized today how many of your art demonstrations there are! Not by actual numbers, but just by the number of tutorial groups there are! I thought I had seen most of them, but I haven't even come close! ha! More fun for me! I am an artist, but these acrylic pours are new to me. I actually am from six generations of artists in my family. My father was a watercolor artist, but he tried all kinds of mediums. When he retired, he joined a group of six artists that were all watercolor artists. He was a master at watercolor, but I loved the oil painting he did when we lived in Europe. And I love abstract art. I think that is what drew me to your acrylic pours. There are too many of yours for me to count that are my favorites. You have so many styles. This butterfly looks 3-D. I want to try your methods so badly, but I do not have the space. And, yes! please keep the mistakes in as they teach us so much. My father used to say, there are no mistakes in art, although watercolor is not as forgiving. You have such a wonderful talent for turning your unplanned steps into visual intentions. (PS...I have had to block other artists of this medium. to make sure I stay focused on your work! All the best to you!
I LOVE watching your process. I adore your longer videos!! When you show us how you fix your issues while pouring, it helps me troubleshoot my issues quicker! Please include more of that!
Oh, I am absolutely enamored with this butterfly! 🥰 I loved watching you “fix” some of the things you didn’t like - I didn’t think a painting could be corrected after the string pull, I don’t know why. I’m happy to see methods for correction. The painting turned out beautifully. Thank you for sharing!
Olga, what is really nice about this also is underwings of a butterfly often can look very different than the top wings, so if this is not perfectly symmetrical, it's absolutely fine. Love this, want to make one now for my daughter, and my mom!
Love it ! Love it ! I was such a Surprise element ..It is not an easy technique and you did the composition so beautifully . Congratulations !!🌈💖side way butterfly !!
Thank you for documenting your real process- saying what you like, didn’t like, how you fixed it, show goofs and how you transformed them. This teaches so much more than someone doing a “perfect “ painting and them exclaiming how much they liked it. Thanks for a good teaching video! And your fabulous creativity and talent!
It is better to see it with mistakes than watching an ultimate flawless work. One learns not only potential stuff which can happen, but also people dont get discouraged to give up when anything happens. Like it a lot, keep up the good work.
Actually the flower is perfect. This came out gorgeous and I like that you make mistakes and correct them well. I didn't think it was possible for you to make a piece as beautiful as you are, but you did it! Lovely! Thanks for sharing I want to try this with my 14 year old daughter

Beautiful! I also like to hear you troubleshoot. I tend to be a perfectionist too, so I appreciate when others admit it, and work through it in art:)
