@@tishinaa wild growth oil and low manipulation styles is what’s helping me. Btw low manipulation doesn’t have to be completely protective. Buns and puffs work too. If you wash your hair in sections you might want to do front and back or do a section on the crown and then others around it. If you like wigs and weaves there’s this sorta new braiding pattern that is a single braid that spirals around your hair that you can wear under wigs. Any style that isn’t pulling ur hair in the middle or pulling at all is good. Lastly if u wear a lot of intricate styles like Fulani braids box braids etc u might want to switch ur hairstylist. Hope this helped. You’ll get through it Bless 🙏🏾
Now that your hair has grown to this length, about how long did this whole process take for you? My hair is about the same length and hair texture and I did a similar process a few days ago. I'm understanding my hair a lot more and the whole process took even less time than it did when my hair was shorter. Thank goodness! Thanks for all your informative videos!

If I put my hair in a slick bun using gel and then I get tired of it, can I still moisturize my hair with the dried up gel already in my hair or do I have to wash it out before I re moisturize ?

My hair same as yours. One side thicker than the other. And some of the curls are loser than some.
