I am a biginer in face drawing at age of 73, when I see these portrait paintings then I feel joy with colors; that its not late. Thanks for sharing your works.
I've never heard of this painter before but his capability of capturing fleeting expressions is second to none. The subtlety and gleeming intensity of his portraits are astonishing. Thank you LFM.
It’s beautiful how Jagger captures such subtlety in his portraitures. When I first saw this series, I thought how pensive and brooding almost all of these portraits are. If you look deeper, the subtle expressions are amazing.
A captor of expression, atmosphere and vibrant luminosity.
You can see the soul within their eyes. That sort of emotion is so damn challenging to recreate in paintings and yet it’s plain to see in all of these portraits. I’m taken away by these, what a talent to possess! Thank you for posting this video.
Several of these (especially the male portraits) have a duel-lighting affect that is really a great touch. In other words, the face is lit from 2 sides with different tones.
Absolutely wonderful
Thank you, all beautiful. Isles of Shoals, New York, Boston, Paris, Gloucester.
Wonderful talent and presentation.
I mean Childe Hassam.
His palette was astounding.
I never heard of this painter, but I greatly admire his sense of color and the very beautiful painterly passages all throughout his work. It seems like he should be better known than he is. Thanks.
I love the art and the melody!!
Absolutely remarkable portraits.
Thank you, you are the best!!
How? I'm in awe man
So dynamic!

Impresionante , cuánta belleza ....de Argentina,junio 2020 🇦🇷👏
I make my own paintings and Portraits from memory and from Re-enacts of Artists. Still their portraits turn into someone else.
I have just become a fan of this painter.
3:20 Robert Baden-Powell.
Please... MORANDI.... ONE OF THE BEST PAINTERS OF XX CENTURY.
👏👏👏
Evan Walters was a fine portrait painter, though his patron(ess), among others, was less keen on his move into bubble/.double-vision paintings.
I think you are DELIBERATELY only selecting painters who I've never heard of...
0:09 "Feeling brave tonight? How brave? Brave enough to do battle with hideous monsters? Hmm? Brave enough to sneak around dank castles in the dark and chance be the next victim of a Dragon Strike!" Reminds me of the floating Game Master head in the Dragon Strike video ua-cam.com/video/zI-V4wGvfNo/v-deo.html&ab_channel=Betasnip

Great Portraits . I try to make mine with more emotion
That has nothing to do with him and his work
Yes Sabrina, Agreed, we can all take inspiration by looking at highly accomplished artists, I am the same.
Now I know how difficult it is to get it right.
Hey, pelidaquiles
, if that's your ideal artist, you ought to go back to your Bob Ross and start over!
