    This is my go-to. I'm one of those people who have a hard time napping even if I'm tired and falling asleep on my feet. This does the trick for me.

    I used earbuds as these help reduce ambient sound. I like the chart tracking. I woke up suddenly somewhere after 35 minutes and watched the dot move to 40 minutes. Definitely feel refreshed even with waking earlier than I expected.

    After only 2 minutes I fell into deep sleep or deep relaxation, the 45 minute version works best for me. I feel absolutely fit afterwards, and at first I thought it wouldn't work. the sounds take getting used to, but thank you very much, it really worked with headphones! I will keep trying ...

    I have listened to a lot of binaural beats over 10 years they just work without headphones as well, but you have to train your brain to these tunes first. First they did nothing even without headphones on, now I get calm and sleepy within first minute without headpho..... Night night video is running... Zzzz 😅

    Thanks so much! You Nailed it!! Not only did this track do all it is intended to, but it also works tremendously to relax any rapid heartbeat due to any of the following that a lot of people suffer from mid-day; caffeine or other stimulant crashes causing many negative side effects, overwhelming and racing thoughts due to time limits drawing near at the end of work or school day, over excitability about evening plans, loss of interest or distracted by unexpected daily happenings causing schedule rifts, feeling unaccomplished, etc. Thanks for helping me some with all of the above I dealt with today after not being able to wake from about 10 different 20 minute power naps I used before finally stumbling upon this one. Also, I made sure to subscribe, will suggest it to others, and even added it to my playlist, titled "GET UNSTUCK", used daily to somehow both calm my overactive mind, but also stimulate, redirect, and enhance it's function and productivity and create more physical energy. ✌️👍🤯 Genius work!!

    I'm very confused at why other listeners have such a hard time hearing the buzz and those that do hear it having a hard time knowing if it is supposed to be there. Yes, it is supposed to be there, it is not supposed to be loud, there are not any other noises that overlay and mute the sound of the BB and if it's a sound you can't get used to, I would suggest trying one more time, with a fan or sound box with light rain or wind playing, or imagine that the noise is an ac keeping you cool on a nice summers day. If none of that works, you are either not tired enough for the need to nap or maybe are just used to a different type of meditation. I can promise everyone however, that it is a form of amazing sound therapy that works like ✨ magic, I'm sorry if you are unable to hear it due to hearing disabilities.
    I am epileptic, and have been advised by some meditation facilitators of seizures due to listening, it has actually decreased my seizure activity.

      Maybe because they don't use earphones, but earbuds which let surrounding noise to pass, also might have to do with too much noise around like fans or a/c.

      I agree. I actually used one of Jody's shorter naps to sleep, but added this one to the playlist to come on directly afterwards to meditate to until I felt ready to get up. This track had a great way of calming my bad anxiety and rapid heart beat on days that I am just not ready to hear Jody tell me it's time to stretch, but if I used one of Jody's videos to meditate to, well it wouldn't happen, because I sleep almost on the spot when the graph begins to dip.

    Why is there a snapping/clicking sound all throughout the video?

    • @BinauralRelaxation
      @BinauralRelaxation 2 роки тому

      There are no snapping clicking sounds in this video. It might be related to your audio equipment, earphones/earbuds that can't handle the bass efficiently. Or maybe this is too loud for your equipment as well.
