- Its time to face the reality and say goodbye. I couldn't put it off any more and had to make the hard choice to sell the Springfield. See the backstory of my Indian Springfield.

I know your pain.
Sold my beloved ‘06 Gloldwing, to get my ‘17 Roadmaster.
My Bride and me had been all over our wonderful United States on it.
It was like saying good buy to an old friend.
However, I’m having the time of my life on my exceptionally cool Indian Roadmaster.
60 thousand miles of fun so far.
Be safe my friend👍
Thanks Michael, it was time and I’m glad I made the decision
I Don't know how you did it. I love my Springfield and I could never let her go.
I know exactly what you mean.
I don't even have one, and I know that I would probably keep it forever. Lol
Well it depends…. He got a challenger which is a different experience, touring bike with sport bike capabilities. Myself wud have kept the Spri field and just got 585 cams and Lloydz tune.. then when I got bored with that I wud have got the 126 big bore kit
What a great guy Cory is. I’ll use him for my next hat run. So many memories Brian and glad you shared with us all. Looking forward to watching more adventures on the Challenger.
Congratulations Cody on getting one of the most photographic motorcycles out there.
I miss it already. But then again, I dont
Another fine example of great content. The master.
Thanks buddy
It's been great seeing your adventures on your Springfield, onto the next chapter with your Challenger, but will definitely miss the old gurl!
Thanks Paul!
I can't see myself selling my 16 Springfield. It seems like yesterday when I picked her up. 7 years of riding. But maybe if I bought a new bike. Can't say
I have a 16 as well and can't imagine parting with it. It rides so good. It's just such a smooth and nimble bike for its size. I have stage2 cams and TABs and it has all the power I could want.
Like you I sold my 2017 Springfield, which by the way was identical to yours, when I bought my 2019 Roadmaster. Took her all the way to sturgis just before I sold it. Never had one issue with it.
Reliability…that’s what it’s all about and that’s why I’ll never let my Springfield go.
I have a 2017 Springfield . It is a Great Bike!! Glad to see it went to a Great Home! Indian Rocks!!!
O man memories.. and we watched everyone,. CONGRATULATIONS Cody.. good times ahead. TCB
I'm not crying it's just a little Dusty in here.
nicely done and thanks fro sharing. The Springfield was a beast. Cheers!
I have the same feelings! I traded my chieftain in when I got my pursuit because I figured it would just sit in the corner a lot. I shed a little tear abandoning 30k miles of memories!
But in the end it was the right decision right? Honestly holding onto it for so long made it even for more sentimental to me, but I really did want to trade it right away. In the end these things are just toys and assets. They all go away at some point. If my kids expressed any desire in them maybe I would keep it.
😟😩😭😫.......don't know what to say, ....bye , bye Bryans Springi. You did a great job and content for Springfield enthusiasts, but your heart jumped to the Challenger, also an excellent jump :-).....Ride safe and best Regards from Germany
Where the heck have you been? LOL
I saw the writing on the wall when your vids didn’t include the Springfield. The modern amenities of the Challenger is hard to beat. At least the Springfield went to a good home.
You hadn't popped up on my feed lately. I have a 2016 Springfield and can't imagine parting with it. I haven't been on a newer Challenger or Chieftan. It must really be nice for you to let the Springfield go.
I’m slack in’ big time.
You do get attached to a motorcycle 😮.
Absolutely ecstatic it went to such a great man! Not gonna lie, I really hope to see him sometime here in GA, though I'm quite a bit farther north than Warner Robins. Congrats Cody!
Are you riding up or trailering?
Riding with some friends.
$10 the Springfield is happy!!!
you so suited that springfield thanks for sharing all those rides
Yea man I get it.The Challenger is hard to beat I've owned 2 and they do everything well in my book.
Ok so why 2? LOL. Isn’t one enough?
@@TwoIndians I had a base 20 loved it.But I wanted the Elite and got lucky and nabbed a 23 so I sold the 20.Indian hit a home run with these
Oh got it. LOL. Thought you were stacking them up in the garage.
Awesome that you found someone like Cody who wanted the Springfield. Cool story.😊
What is the link to the kimbroidery shop? Thanks
Kimbroidery at yahoo.com is his email address and if you search it on Facebook you’ll see his tag line Biker Vest Tatoo Artist
@ridewithtwoindians Found it, Thanks Brian!
What an awesome video! You definately put some great miles on that bike. Onward...
Thanks for the compliment
I will not sell my Road King even with the new Pursuit. It's an old friend. And i can't sell my 2003 Victory V92C. It belonged to my dad. So i will have 3 bikes!
Where does the time go? Holy cow
Nicely done.
That Challenger must be SOME Motorcycle! 😊
It really is something.
Great Bike, Great Video! I am also enjoying my 2022 Challenger such an amazing machine. Shout out from Savannah, GA
What’s up Savannah!
Where are you at 0:12?
That is somewhere very near Highlands, NC. Probably within 10 miles
❤ эх, жаль. Продал бы мне его в Россию- я так фанател твоим мотоциклом !!!🤔🤝
Long live the Springfield.
At 3:55 you mention Warner Robins, GA. I actually live near there myself. It might take me 5 min to get there. lol If he still has it I'll have to try and keep an eye out to see if I see him. That is so cool.
He runs the IMRG there so he’s pretty easy to find. Good guy!
I hope I can get an answer to this question. I own a 22 Springfield black and tan. I’ve put pipes and some other touches including a new higher windshield. I feel like the bike at 70 and over its not there for me. I think I need more top end as it seems to struggle and I am a cross country guy, I’m thinking of a pursuit? Between buffeting and the motor? I know you stepped up. What are your thoughts
Wow, sounds like a similar path. Man there is no way to describe the level of improvement. Especially when it comes to the buffeting. Now I had a tuned 116 with cams so that thing would move but it doesn’t even compare to the Challenger. Run to the dealer get one! I love it!
@@TwoIndians Thank you brother
You can have my stunning 2019 Indian Springfield in steel gray and burgundy metallic when you can pry it from my cold dead hands. While I like many bikes and wouldn't mind a couple of different Indians in the stable, my Springfield and I are and will forever be 'Friends 'til the end!'
Don’t rub it in. 🤣🤣
@@TwoIndians I don't mean to, I understand your position, your new bike speaks to you more in some ways and if you're not riding your old bike, no sense hanging on to it, it deserves to be ridden, not collecting dust. It's just that my Springfield invokes a lot of nostalgic feelings I've had since I was little kid and saw my first old full fendered 50s Chief. It took sixty plus years to get my dream bike, with all the modern tech and retro looks I need. Plus, I love that my bike gets more looks and compliments than my Buddy's black Harley RG (boring). In fact, I'm going out to the garage to look at it again and do some rubbing on it, spiff it up for a Riders Group ride this weekend. I've always enjoyed your vids, whether it's about the Springfield or not. Ride Safe.
What was it that made you prefer the challenger over the Springfield the most? Im considering buying a Springfield this coming spring.
I wanted a bike more suited to long distance touring. Clearly I’ve done long trips on the Springy but the Challenger is a better bike. The Challenger has more power and that’s nice too.
Thanks! Guys are posting that the navigation is thrash on the challenger, what are your experiences with ride command, specifically the navigation part?
@@joemiller1949 I wont say it's trash, I'll just say that it leaves a lot to be desired but TBH, all my HD buddies say the same thing about thiers as well.
That spring field is beautiful!
Thanks buddy! I sure do miss her.
Any problems with the challenger?
Zero. Although I do have a chassis warning lot on but I’m thinking it might be due to the fact that I’m a few miles overdo for an oil change
I sure want one...thanks
