I believe the only couple that where able to have a good relationship on and off work. Where halstead and Lindsay. Outside of work everything was fine, at work they where professionals. Hailey and jay aren’t to bad as well. Burgess and Adam are good now, but before it wasn’t working that’s why they broke up. But in the end the couple that made it work the best was jay and Erin 100%.

It’s really too bad voights actor ruined Sophia’s time on the show and caused her to leave. If the show runner and production company weren’t complicit in workplace abuse this could’ve been a really good show.
