I'm not religious, but his REALNESS has touched my heart, all of my life. I was 13 when he became President, and my family loved him and his values, and his trying to make the country better for regular people (only to have Reagan reverse some of the great things he did for the people- like take away heat subsidies for seniors, Pell Grants for students, only to give the very rich tax cuts that hurt the rest of us- the beginning of trickle down that has decimated the middle class in the many years of it since.). RIP Former President Jimmy Carter. You were one in a Billion. The truest Christian.

Well This was my first time voting...Jimmy Carter was a good man but he was a better peanut farmer than president. But he was a wonderful humanitarian. I know a special lady that was waiting in heaven for her man. RIP SIR. I'M SO VERY SORRY YOU WERE WHEELED OUT WITHOUT DIGNITY TO BE MADE A SPECTACLE VOTING FOR THE DEI PLACEMENT.
