@@Thhhgg838 short sample. He works for the Dodger since they don’t need a lot of innings from their starters throughout a season, but any other team will regret signing Buehler.
One thing I have to point out now is Kenta Maeda was demoted to more of a swingman role while he was okay in his contract year in 2019(probably was limiting his innings to not trigger incentives but I was not their fan so can't remember), but he was very good in 2020 as an AL Cy Yound finalist. So yeah, this is kind of my rebuttal on "the Dodgers develop and treat oversea players well(along with Yu Darvish getting toughest time his life after that stinkin 2017 WS G7)" conversation.
If anything that should be one of the bigger bullet points for CY when pitching Sasaki. Look at all the injuries to the Dodger pitchers; they’re doing something wrong, but their money is masking their pitching development mistakes. Furthermore, when their pitchers do get injured they don’t come back the same; Walker Buehler is a shell of his former self, while the Rangers got deGrom back from a second TJ hitting 99 w/ accuracy.
I think there's definitely something to that. Texas has the best elbow specialist on earth as their team doctor. Can't prevent injuries entirely but I think Keith Meister makes a big impact.
@@LockedOnRangersMLBit doesn’t take a rocket scientist to predict he will sign with the Dodgers or Padres. You got the White Sox to win it all this year?
The point at the end about the Rangers risking losing momentum as a franchise is the best analysis I've heard in a while.
Thanks, Mike!!
Buehler looked like he cracked that shell in the World Series 😂

if he doesn't go to Dodgers , he's gonna go to SD because of Darvish. if not there, he's going to NY. lol. He ain't goin to the Rangers.
He's not going to New York
Sasaki to the Padres or Dodgers. No other team is even in the discussion.

You’re out, accept it.
Wrong! The dodgers always have room for a Roki caliber player.
There are only 26 roster spots even if you're the Dodgers.
@@LockedOnRangersMLB They will make room for Roki.
Dodgers will get Sasaki too. He is practically free. Buehler and Flaherty will probably be gone.
so fun to have a future seer in my comments!

Just so you know, it’s pronounced ee-VAHL-dee
I'm aware, but his nickname is Evo. That's what the vast majority of his teammates and Bochy call him
Wishful thinking, he’s going to the dodgers
So cool to have Roki's agent watching my video!
@@LockedOnRangersMLB haha, he's still going to the dodgers and if he doesn't theres at least 5 teams he'd sign with before the rangers
you have no vhance, roki sasaki will go LA
No vhance?
@@LockedOnRangersMLB not really no, 0% is very close to no though :P
