Biryani is invented by Alexander. After conquering present Iran (Persia), present Afghanistan (Pasthu) and parts of India (present Pakistan), he built massive army to conquer Hindustan. Then, he had two problems.
1. Language
2. Food to entire army.
To have common language, his team made URDU Which contains many Hindi, some Persian and some Pasthu words. While speaking it more resembles Hindi where as while writing it more resembles Persian language.
