one thing i'm stills missing on the animation department is the footwork. The players are to still during points, which is fatal on the game in real life. If they added this, it would probably make the game look better
Ok ok, gotta say I’m really enjoying this game now. The updates did it for me. Haven’t touched TS2K in few weeks. The potential is showing itself. Hopefully more updates to come.
Definitely the best patch yet. Really enjoying the game in its current state. A very fluid, fun experience with a lots of variety in the points. There are still stability issues though, all too often online matches don't load correctly and freeze, at least for me on the xbox.
It’s amazing to see people on here and their comments. I am so happy we have new Tennis games. I see these games like all game franchises. They are hopefully the start of tennis games that will continue to improve into something that is close to the game we want.
the ai stands in the middle in doubles like that because its a real start called 'aussie' in irl tennis so its actaully pretty cool to see in this game but the ai just sucks at pulling it off
for when they stand in the middle and crouch is a serve strategy that they do quite a lot in professional doubles tiebreak needs to fix this strategy so that the server switches before you hit the ball also i dont know if its just me but my game crashes a lot in career mode on the calendar deciding my events
Perth and Sydney still missing for Play Now as in career they are not 250 or 500 events so hopefully they will be added later anyway. When doing volleys hold button down longer with a little directional for more speed,i can hit volleys out because they are too fast and try the 3 buttons for different volleys but don't do the lob button.
They really do need to fix the serving. In real tennis, your serve is meant to give you a huge advantage. Hence why you see real sets in tennis go to Tiebreaks (no pun intended) Otherwise its just who ever is better at rallying. Which for me is another issue, at least against the AI i have continues rallys that reach 30+ shots which is just ridiculous. I love the roster and personal Animations for each player but thats about it to be honest. As simple as tennis seems to be to make a video game for, i honestly reckon its probably the hardest to replicate real tennis. Tennis is too much of a mental sport in my opinion for it to work as a video game to be honest.
Online, I think the serving is very effective, above all on indoor hardcourts. I've been playing with Perricard (fantastic edition to the game, the best server on tour at the moment) and averaged around 5 aces per online match yesterday. I agree that it doesn't feel like as much of a weapon against the AI, which is a shame.
@dylandelaporte7073 True, that does ruin the experience! Out of interest where are you playing? I'm in Spain, on the European servers. I get a ping like that maybe once in every 10 online matches, usually against US based players.
I really have to applause people who are still playing this game. Serve is buggy, weak. Ball speed and physics are still badly done. Players feels like they just teleport to hit a ball + run on ice. No real risk reward. And more. They have almost everything, except gameplay (and online lmao).
How can you call this better? XD The animation ang cranky underhand/slice shots and forehand topspin is so awful (as a tennis player, sadly this is so painful to watch)
@@IamTv24 That's because it IS an arcade game. Both this and Topspin are arcade style tennis games. If you want simulation style games, play Tennis Elbow or Full Ace

I have Tiebreak on PS5 and after last updates it is easily my favourite tennis game and it is only getting better.

I like how they put the ATP venues in order by Masters, ATP 1,000, ATP 500, and ATP 250. Also WTA career venues.

So the gameplay is worth it now?
@ in my opinion yes. TBH I only play career mode and quick matches. No online stuff. Still needs little work here and there.

Thanks for the update!

LETS GO RUDO!

Yeah hopefully they can sort the Ai out with it!

Player animations are still jarring. Why can’t they get this right.

Are the rallys still endless?
How do you get real US open venue with logos ?!
Seems a very good update...feel like its getting very close now to buying.
I would in the game setting camera immersive como Tennis world tour
They fuck up the serve on this Last update
which us open venue do you use? ive been trying to download some but none are like urs. Cheers
If they could make them slide on clay like they do on 2k25 then I might just might get it
Im on ps5 just recently got it why is there no only league mode like topspin or why cant i even barely find a online game to play bruh

@@Mrmelody85 yea I wouldn't mind if online was good for me.
I personally just find people that are like 300+ms and its unplayable haha

Its still to arcade-ish for me I'll stick to TS2K25

TS2K25 is the shitty arcade game than TieBreak, why don't you play TE4 or FATS if you want a sim ?

The sound of the ball shot is BAD ! and the ball speed is too slow now
If you adjust the crowd volume down fro 100 to 35 the game and ball sound is much better, default crowd is way too loud
@@robryan4080 No...i ALREADY do that and the sound of ball is is still also bad.... -_-
@@The_French_ie Well on my Yamaha Home Theatre system changing the sound settings in game made a big difference, sorry it is not the same for you
