I think the max hp health reduction part of the kit was intended to help sith assassin. Her reinforcement causes her to gain extra dmg every turn, but loses max hp. Problem is the ship gets one shot regardless and does virtually no damage at all. Its as if they just assumed that part of the kit would make her good without checking base damage values or testing at all
Yeah but how did CG not see that the ship would still be terrible?? The sith fighter is one of the worst ships in the game how could they think that little change would make it viable when in the “best fleet in the game”
On Ahnald’s stream, I remember him using Sith Fighter as the first reinforcement against the Executor, and it seemed to be somewhat useful at that moment
I think mirror matches with this fleet are gonna be a nightmare, as you just showed. The faster Leviathan wins, and if they’re the same speed you’d better hope you win the coin flip. There aren’t ways to stop the ultimate so that low stars can win, like with Executor using Ebon Hawk, and low star Executor can beat 7 star Profundity with Tie Bomber. I don’t think there’s any way they can fix this without nerfing the fleet further just because of how the fleet operates. So honestly once this thing gets buffed I think Profundity will still be the most popular fleet to climb arena. Edit: Honestly I think they just need to completely redo this ship. They’ve got literally no opening play, especially at low stars, while Executor and Profundity rip fleets apart in one turn. Sure, you can survive for a long time, but the ultimate is just another capital ship killer. Taking over the ship does nothing for you. At that point you’re just hoping you can kill the enemy fleet, when the Sith ships’ stats are some of the worst in the game.
Yup, these just don't effect me. As soon as I get SEE I'll finish JKCK and then Starkiller. After that I'll get Executor and THEN I will start working toward leviathan. (Only if Leviathan is buffed up.)
The shortcomings of Leviathon is a crystal clear byproduct of their non existing Beta Program. They really need to bring their Beta testing program back.
Yeah I have the leviathan I do win but unfortunately until it gets fixed with all the bugs I won’t put it on defense that really sucks with everything we put on it but my night sisters with Merrin works I should have put spirit instead of zombie just watched a video on xaereths channel with night sisters I had the right idea but one wrong character but it works I should win the match and be back in kyber 1 he already lost 3 matches and didn’t even clear them yet 2 on jabba and 1 on lord Vader and they haven’t come back yet .
I did a fleet arena battle earlier today with my 7-Star leviathan against a 5 star Profundity and it timed out. I took over the profundity, but couldn't do enough damage to the ships to finish it off. The ship is a piece of garbage because CG doesn't test anything, they only make a kit that sounds cool. They did fix bugs that were helping the leviathan already, so it's gotten even worse. The only Meta this is redefining is that Holdo's fleet has a use for more than just stealing banners.
I even lost with 7* vs a 7* Profundity. And they lost only 1 ship due to Sabotage the Hangars. I couldnt kill one by myself because although Mark VI was my second reinforcement it hadnt 50 stacks - due to Palp Shuttle or because it was 3 turns after the first reinforcement. Needs "a little" more love
My 6* Lev can auto any Executor in my fleet shard. I use Vader, Bomber & Fury in the opening lineup. It can beat Profundity, but I have to do it manually. The ultimate is a little underwhelming to be sure, but it doesn't do nothing at all. It stops their capital ship from doing anything which is a little helpful. Executor gives you a decent heal at least.
I think the ship is going to just be good on attack. The fact that when the reinforcements come in really matters and the very detailed oriented kit makes it a bad defense ship. However, with higher stars/maybe buffs it could make for a great offence fleet which might be healthy for the game
The fact that you get to control the enemy capital ship is a cool idea. But why on earth does it give you the basic and specials from the ship?? They are all insanely faction specific... They could just give you 3 custom abilities regardless of what cap ship you take. 1 basic to heal/grant buffs or stun/block enemies 2 a mass swarm. 3 a similar ability as 1. Doing the opposite, either buff you, or debuff enemies. 2
To be honest I would be more than glad if they buffed Leviathan but keept the fact that Holdo beats it. It would change the dynamic to fleets and make 2nd worst capital ship somwhat viable. I feel like you can do that with Raddus but endurance needs either a new ships that utlilizes bonus protection for offence or a rework
Don’t worry it sucks at 7* and any star. The interactions with the Leviathan fleet is so bugged. Prof fleet is cleansing all debuffs instantly even when there isn’t more than 3 so the MILFs unique shouldn’t be triggered. Levi fleet is still getting crit and breach so crit hit and breach immunity isn’t working. Fear also isn’t working right they are still taking turns then they are feared. The Levi reinforcements isn’t working. Its supposed to daze the enemy fleet when they reinforce but it’s actually dazing your own fleet. Ferocity isn’t working properly. You can insta kill the enemy cap shit with mark6. Also if you use your ultimate before you call in mark6 as your 2nd reinforcement you don’t get the 50 stacks to use your instakill. Also when you do use your ultimate and take over the enemy capital ship the enemy fleet are still getting all the bonuses and the kit of their capital ship even tho it’s your now. And you can’t even really use the enemy capital ship bc they are all tired to rebel or Empire or BH synergy’s. Once you take over the capital ship it’s tag should be changed to Sith so you can actually use the abilities of the new capital ship. Plus there is no damage. Bc ferocity and the kit isn’t working properly. Ferocity is not the same as it is with DR lead there no speed or damage from ferocity you just are getting the negative effect it seems. Worse release in a very long time.
I feel like they should increase the damage of the concussion mines. I’ve seen instances of ships having 10 stacks and it seems like it’s barely doing anything. Along with just more damage in general. As the far the ultimate they should make the abilities actually have synergy with sith ships and that would help. Along with like a two-turn fear and when the fear expires you get doubt or something and all of that is locked in. And give us all that at 4* And they need to fix the bugs… yeah. Idk man. It needs a lot lol super disappointing
My leviathan is 7star so I’m lucky I can still can do all the specials but the one’s at 5 star can do everything that’s still not fair to those guys it’s not overpowering like they said
I was wondering what your opinion on this is. 38 hours is not enough time for a fair evaluation for anything, but I get why people are upset... I try to catch up in this game by not going for the new release of unaccelerated toons. I can cover more ground quicker that way so there is no loss for me. But I have been watching videos since it was released non-stop, and not one person has had a positive comment about it yet. How can they (CG) miss this so bad?? I know it is cool or sheek to bash them, but I think it is legitimate criticism here.
