- Mamay bypass road extension project will serve as the new alternative route coming from Angliongto Sr Avenue or much known as Mamay Road to C.P Garcia highway (Diversion Road). This new road will link you nearest to the Davao International Airport if your coming from Lanang District, Agdao, Bajada & Downtown Davao if your going to use Mamay Road. This project was delayed for almost a year because of the Right of way issue.

That will be soon po ☺ kasi yung plan is to expand the airport capacity from 4.5 million to 15.5 Million annual capacity. Yung PTB expansion po is will add aero bridges from current 4 to 10 w/ 2 gates that can accommodate A380 aircraft po and the continuation of the parallel taxiway towrds runway 5 po.. Pare, ano na ba ang balita sa taxiway pinagpatuloy nila ang construction dyan mukhang wala heavy equipment gumagawa??? Kasi mula ramp way eastside papuntang Sasa tapos na ang pavement works...catch basin siguro...
Hindi po ni release ng Congress ang budget ng Davao international airport expansion dapat nung July2023 na dapat for construction expansion of PTB & west Parallel Taxiway.. Ang pinag patuloy ng Davao international airport authority ay yung mga renovation lng which is coming pa sa previous admin yung ginamit nilang pera.. Tama hehe.. Na mental block ako haha.. Tnx po.. May nabasa kasi ako balita na magdagdag ng international flight tulad ng India,Europe,Japan at US hahaba ang oras ng take off kung sabay magdatingan ang landing kasi mas priority ang landing. Ok tnx...

Malabo po yan mangyari yon yung davao to japan India direct flight dahil nga sa current airport ..
Aie sana matuloy yun sa US and Europe😊. India is more likely due to volume of indian college student na pumupunta dito. Japan is another good prospect due to many descendants here from Mindanao amd OFWs na every year umuuwi ng Pinas.
..Magtukod na lang unta og bagong airport sa barangay callawa para kita mga taga mindanao dili ta kailangan mag antos pa ta mu agi pa og manila for international flights ..instead of going to manila for connecting flights.. kita mga taga davao kung madayon unta ang new airport somewhere in davao region like samal island sta Maria tagum city or other part of region 11!
