- Here are the current Development in the Northern side of Davao City.. this Townships will definitely change the skyline in the Northern side in next few years..
1)LPU Township - A University Township develop by Cebu Landmasters,It is the 1st of it's kind in the Visayas & Mindanao.
2)DAVAO PARK DISTRICT - At 1st this Township has only 11 hectares of land,but at the mid of last year (2023) Megaworld which is the developer announced that the said township has expanded 8 hectares more. There are some changes from the original master plan.
3)Azuela Cove - The 2nd project of the Ayala's in the City after the successful of Abreeza Business Complex in the heart of Davao. The Ayala's has also more than 100 hectares of land to be developed in the next few years, that time around will be in the most southern part of the City,Toril District.
4)Grand Citywalk - A soon to be developed by Grand Land Inc. along C.P Garcia Highway a 22 hectares township near to the International Airport.

In line with the township content...something to look forward to yung township development ng Ayala Land sa Toril, it will be similar to Nuvali in Laguna + Alviera in Pampanga. It's a 207-hectare development all in all where 60plus hectares will be developed as a CBD.

sana,..masisimulan na yung sa mandug ky lorenzo..sobrang laki yun..ok na lahat ang land development sa area, investor nalang kulang..maganda di doon.. my access road doon sa may north town area at sa may milan buhangin..malapit din siya sa ginagawang twin tunnel bypass road..
@@fernando-wo5dm Sana nga po sir.. Pagkaka alam ko gagawan pa ng sports stadium.. Pero naka concentrate ang TorreLorenzo as of now sa mga vertical residential niya..pero anong malay natin after ng bypass road mag open mag start na sila develop doon 😊

@@georginavlog2081 Opo yung St. Lukes di napo tumuloy bale ang itatayo daw na ospital is yung kay Ayala na na Qualimed po.. Yung sa BPI naman po is hindi po siya corporate center yung mag bubukas is branch lng po since isasara nila yung sa may highway dahil sa itatayo na tulay jan siguro sila lumipat. Baka next is Corporate Center napo pwede jan feeling ko si CitiBank jan magtatayo 😊

@@georginavlog2081 Hindi po bale yung sinasabi na SM Center North Davao is almost beside COA Building.. Maliitlng po yung area pero hindi pa sure kung doon parang pending pa yan kasi sa next project ng SM.. Ang nasa line up lng nila for next project para sa Davao Region is SM South Davao (TORIL) and SM CITY TAGUM po.. Thank you po sa laging pag dalaw ma'am 😇🙏
Nagkataon lang na wala yung Federal Land, Rockwell, and Robinsons Residences. But bigger names in the real estate industry here in Metro Manila are also in Davao. If I may mention some of them: DMCI's first project outside of Luzon and Metro Manila is in Davao. Robinsons Residences brand lang ang wala sa Davao pero Robinsons Land is very much active in Davao under the Robinsons Homes brand. May project dapat sa may Bajada ang Robinsons Residences called Delta Residences. I was one of the Brokers invited during the PKS but after few months they decided na Robinsons Offices ang mag construct and magmanage...and that's the Cybergate Delta now. I'm a Licensed Real Estate Broker and as one of the Brokers, so far ang top 5 developers sa list ko ay: Ayala Land, SMDC, Megaworld, Robinsons, Sta Lucia Land...and all of them have projects in Davao City. Rockwell will never enter Davao because of politics. Federal Land, yes sana...soon, But anyway, majority of the big developers in the country are in Davao na rin po.
