Instead, she was burdened with the weight of responsibility, and she bore that weight well. She didn’t choose her destiny, destiny chose her. I admired her greatly.

She had a fabulous figure as a young woman, and always dressed tastefully elegant. They were a great couple.
It’s so strange now that someone so old could have had their whole life documented on film in such a way, must be pretty unique. It really brings home that life is fleeting and we all age and die - Elizabeth was a person, a beautiful young woman and a wise Queen and it’s hard to imagine how someone who could have lived such a life could ever die. I wish I could have had such a life to experience so much through so many pivotal moments in history and known so many pivotal people. Truly extraordinary. It’s so unfair that we can’t all live such an interesting life but it’s also unfair that it has to end.

Through good.and bad times Queen Elizabeth 11 although extremely wealthy never flaunted it in our faces. Never was in our faces, draped in priceless jewels, while Her Subjects struggled to survive. In War time our Royal Family used rations just like the rest of the UK. There a time n place for everything. Draping ones self in either Her or Princess Diana's passed down family n Crown Keepsakes at every turn, can hardly be described as a fitting Tribute. I don't blame the Commonwealth Nations who since our Good Queen's sad passing, now want their Rightful Jewels back. They weren't presented to be used as ego stroking trophies.
