- Danielle Stroinksi won the 2024 ADSA undergraduate poster competition with her research on dairy processing and high pressure homogenization. She's a recent graduate from UW-River Falls in food science and technology and is headed to Penn State to continue her education in dairy processing. Stroinski credits her time as an undergraduate research assistant, mentored by Grace Lewis at UW-River Falls, for opening her eyes to all the career opportunities in food science, specifically in dairy!
