Did this a couple days ago, I'm 68 and was a little afraid because my fingers don't work like before ... I got everything out of the box and clicked on this video as I went along ... Gee, Everything was actually simple. I had to lift up the protector a couple times to get some bubbles out and finally everything was Great.
no matter what unless very lucky, that one dust gets through at a very bad place. I installed as shown in this video for my mom's ipad pro and everything went flawless except for that one s.o.b dust. I don't want to lift the screen in fear of breaking it for just one very small bubble. Good job Jetech, very happy with the product. Now I'm relieved that if my mom drops her ipad face down, I don't have to worry about screen cracks or scratches. Her ipad is precious to her.
2:48 my first screen protector saved my iPad screen when I dropped my device, but it cracked. That first screen saver was installed by my son. I had to do this one. Got lucky. Turned off furnace. Gas forced air. Went into my cleanest room and most dust free. The bathroom. Watched this video and stopped repeatedly to follow along and so relieved. No bubbles at all! It’s important to really deal down those placement stickers. Also the lifting sticker. The dust remover sticker worked great and even in dust free environment the dust floated in during the process. This is a good brand.
You can minimise the chance of dust getting under the protector if you apply it in yiu bathroom after having ran the hot shower for a couple minutes and waiting for the fog to settle. The fog collects all dust in the room and takes it down with it when falling down to the floor.
This is actually a fantastic video. I just bought this protector for my kid's iPad and thought I'd see what all these stickers in the box were for - what an easy to understand, well produced video. Great job whoever thought of doing this. Two stickers to align the long edge to the iPad screen is such a simple concept but wow did it make a world of difference compared to trying to just eyeball it.
JETech just earned a life long customer out of me. First off the video was great. Simple but step by step clarified the steps on the instruction sheet. The product itself is a steal! I got the protector and it came an extra set. I also got a protective case similar to smart folio. With both these products it was only $25. That’s like a quarter of what apple would have charged.
I might add, make sure the notch cutout on the protector is in the proper place, to avoid covering the camera on the iPad. I am about to apply a new protector on my iPad and I noticed that you run your finger down the center and this made the protector cover the screen. Just like magic. Great idea.
Incredibly helpful. Got it on perfectly my first try. The protector also doesn’t create any problems for the receptiveness of the pen, as I can still draw on it just fine with it feeling as smooth as before I even put the protector on. Love it so far.
Thank you so much. With your tools and this video for the first time in my life I have a screen protector on a screen straight and without bubbles or dust or crumbs
Amazing results. Thumbs up. Thank you. This is my second go around and I wish I done this the first time. Now at least I have a back up screen because they give you two panes of glass in case you mess up.
This video is awesome. So easy when you carefully follow each step. Don't even bother looking at the printed instructions that come with the product - just follow the video and pause it as you install the shield. Great product! Thank you! Saved me about 75% by not going to Apple for this!
WOW it went on perfect and on the first try!!! I honestly couldn't be happier. I did have a rogue circle in the middle for a bit but I used my finger and pressed hard to run it out. I also got their case and it doesn't affect the protector at all. All the babies whining an amazon are just not willing to spend 5 minutes and follow the directions. If you insist on doing it in under 30 seconds then maybe a screen protector just isn't for you!! lol I think the biggest trick is attaching the hinge stickers. Find the perfect alignment and hold it down firmly with a thumb and press the hinge from the bottom up FIRMLY so it sticks and don't just swing the sticker up all haphazardly. This worked just as good as the tray method for me actually. I will be buying Jetech stuff from now on since I paid alot for 2 Spigen protectors for my phone and received one with marks LOL (at least one worked but still)
After I removed the protective screen and started putting the glass film down on the iPad, it began to stick before I had the film all the way down. It did not rest lightly on the iPad without sticking, as shown in the video. As a result, once it finished sticking, there were two big air bubbles. I managed to lift the glass film from one corner, and lifted enough so that the bubbles were gone. I replaced the film more carefully, and the sticking spread evenly as shown in the video (though starting at one corner rather than at the center), and sealed with absolutely no bubbles. It is perfect. This is the first screen protector that I've managed to attach to something without air bubbles.
This video was definitely helpful!!! Thank you so much. I followed the instructions and everything went perfectly fine. I tried it once and it directly worked out. I am super happy :)
Unfortunately if you try to lift it at a corner with your finger you can accidentically peel of some addiotional film on it that prevents the corner from adhesing completely. Still better than getting scratches on your screen, but I wish I could make it disappear. Whatever, if I got money left after some time I will buy a new one and replace the old one. At least the authentical feeling of the actual screen was matched pretty accurately
Good product but the stickers provided arent strong enough. Glad I bought a 3 pack because on the first attempt the hinge stickers came off as I was sticking the cover to my phone
Apparently everyone is as smooth as this video. Don't be fooled. You'll get air bubbles and dust underneath. Doesn't ever happen as shown. But if you want to protect your screen this is the best way. Just gotta put up with it
It's giving me some subtle wobbly lines when I draw slowly, but people told me is natural since the tip of the pen is further away from the screen than what is desirable due to glass thicness. It's not very exagerated, but sometimes triggers me a bit when working with it.
What a pain. Two air bubbles just won't come out. One near the edge that I can live with, but I'll see it forever. The other smack dab in the middle that appears to be a flaw in the glass. Lovely video. If only the results were the same. Multiple tries just made it worse. I took the freaking piece of crap off my iPad. What a waste of money and effort. Sorry. Love the idea. Hate that it doesn't work for me.
Mine did not go smoothly. It started to stick when I flipped it over even though I was very gentle. I have bubbles that won’t come out. What do I do?? Please and thank you
Ik this was almost a month ago, but the glass fit perfectly my ipad 7, and the ipad 7 is bigger than the ipad 6, so I don't recommend using it for the ipad 6.
I have a Otterbox Defender Pro case for my 8th gen iPad which for some reason Otterbox decided they were going to go with a screen-less design. ???? My question is, if I put this screen protector on my iPad will I still be able to use the inner plastic shell of the Defender case? How thick is this piece of tempered glass?
To reduce the chance of dust bubbles, turn on the hot shower in the bathroom. The steam will keep the dust from becoming airborne. U don’t need a sauna; just high humidity.
Apparently I am the only person having issues with this product. There is a place on the corner where the screen protector meets with the ipad case and it leaves an air bubble there that will not go away. After taking it off and trying to place it on the ipad so that the air bubble isn’t there anymore there are a ton of air bubbles that tape won’t remove. So frustrating!
Did all this and have 5 giant bubbles. Garbage. I attached the stickers on the side and when I ready to lower it the screen came off then making me do it manually.

The bubble going away is so visually satisfying !!

Easy as can be. Agree that video helped...a picture is worth a thousand words...and the product is extremely clear. Love it! Will remember this brand.

Thank you so much. Didn't bother to read instructions, just came straight to UA-cam.
This was extremely helpful! Great video! I highly recommend anyone who buys this JETech product to watch this for instillation!

Thank you so much for this instructive video, I followed the steps and the application went well. It was so handy to have this.
I recently bought one of your protector for my ipad, very easy to install, you have earned a new costumer❤

Big thank you! Waited a week to open my iPad cause I knew I had to put a screen protector on which I’d rather have a beating. Everything went smooth!

Excellent video, so easy to follow. Brilliant product too.
Good job! I hate doing crap like this because there always seems to be a problem. This worked! Thanks!
thank you very much for this video, without it I would not have known how to put the screen protector on my ipad🙏🏻🙏🏻

Thank you. This helped me get a perfect fit.
Thank you soo much...
Make so much easy to put on Thank you!!
I ended up with a couple of bubbles I couldn't get rid of. I wonder how many takes it took in the video for it to work so well as shown. :/

Thank you work’s wonders
Received mine having bought from Amazon and the sticker with the writing on had been stuck to the wrong corner. The cover never stuck properly
Is this the same method for iPad 10th generation?
Nifty Chinese ingenuity with that glass that "swarms out" to flatten itself all over the iPad pane
Can a iPad gen 7 screen protector fit an iPad gen 6?
Accidentally ordered iPad gen 7 protector 🤷♂️
Ik this was almost a month ago, but the glass fit perfectly my ipad 7, and the ipad 7 is bigger than the ipad 6, so I don't recommend using it for the ipad 6.
The Screen protector sticker to lift the shield is not strong enough to do lift it like the way on the video.
The protector thickness is about 0.44mm, which is not compatible with the Otterbox Defender Pro case
thank you

What is the name of the music used in this? It is very soothing...

Thanks for showing me I love the process.
I wish the video was closer to real time. Having to tap back to rewatch it is a pain.
No thumb at all.
Thanks!
How do I cut an oversize jetech screen protector to size?
How do u get bubbles out after put protecter on
Does the Apple Pencil work with this glass ?
no they design a compatible secure glass thats not working with official products🗿
yes
Thank you. The instructions this item comes with is useless!
Is this platic or glass?
It's glass
Damn so pro lol
Bri1nnn1❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Perfection
Do you need to clean the screen before hand
I wonder how many tries they needed until there was actually nothing trapped underneath the screen Protector
Did all this and have 5 giant bubbles. Garbage. I attached the stickers on the side and when I ready to lower it the screen came off then making me do it manually.
is this anti-glare?
NO
Please somebody help me is this a tempered glass screen protector ?
Zsombor Horváth yes!
@@callmekite thanks i find out later from the starting images what a stoopid person i am
I going to buy JETech Paperfeel Screen Protector for my iPad.
I just installed this on my iPad and phew no bubbles
Thank you!
Honestly why wouldn’t you talk and walk through this?
He did the music was just too loud
Would be helpful if he didn’t start with the iPad laying upside down
First one no problem. Second one....did not work bubbles.
My face seeing the air bubble just leave by themselves. 😧
I cant remove the air bubbles
The orange cloth it came creates even more dust. Not good material
I am still afraid to do this, gonna take it to my phone guy and see if he will do it for me. I will do it wrong, I am sure.
When I try myself
1 billion bubbles
Take time removing the dust. I cannot overstate how aggravating even one tiny speck of dust is.
