nope, I'm pretty sure that he's dlc. I believe that they have Jacqueline vs. Ivory in the HOF showcase, as well as the Godfather vs. Papa Shango as what they call a "Dream Match". it doesn't really make sense though as Godfather&Shango are the same person
Do to the Women's Division being much more prominent in 2K17, will they have story lines in one of these seasons and not just have a match at the pay-per views?
And this year I will stay caught up with the series... maybe.
