I’ve seen a lot of interviews with Graham Nash from over the years. He’s a passionate man and sometimes his passions can cross the line into sharing his true feelings about the people he’s worked with over the years and I’ve seen him really lay into David Crosby and Stephen Stills, but I’ve never once heard him say a single bad thing about Allan Clarke at anytime. There is a true and lasting brotherly love between them. In this day and age that’s nice to see.
And also I wanted to thank you, Allan for sharing your best friend with me and the rest of the world. He is one of the nicest guys I have ever met. Graham told me so many wonderful stories all about you Allan. I hope to meet you one day as well. I am also friends with Graham as well and am scheduled to see him in concert for the fourth time in 2022. I was supposed to see him in 2020 and then 2021, but Covid-19 canceled those plans. Hopefully 2022 will be the year that Graham can sing to me again! I met him in 2016 4 months after CSN/CSNY broke up. I think I chose the right member of the band to follow after they split. I heard the other three can be a little strange to fans, but Graham is the one who likes to talk to everybody. I'm also a fan of The Hollies as well. I am praying that Graham will sing "On A Carousel," and "Carrie Anne" this time. Those are me and my mother's favorite songs that he and Allan wrote with Tony Hicks.
