Chef you are bringing it! I used to do ribs like that a long time ago. I used to put a little barbeque sauce in mine. The rice and cabbage ( delectable) are perfect with this dish. All I meed is some cornbread and a tall glass of sweet tea. The sweet tea has to sit in the refrigerator for a day or so until it gets cloudy but icy cold.
