Possibly the most comprehensive, informative, well done, and easy to follow UA-cam video I have seen for anything automotive. 1. This goes into my permanent browser bookmarks 2. I'm going LED's shopping for *MY* 2016 Rogue 3. Great background music too! Thanks!!!!
Hi, unfortunately we do not have a specific video for the sunroof version, but if you need help with the dome light installation process feel free to reach out directly to our support team at help@precisionled.com and we should be able to make a suggestion!
Unfortunately we do not have a video for your specific car, but please feel free to send a picture of the receptacle to help@precisionled.com and we can make a suggestion!
My 2016 Rogue Sv has the panoramic moonroof, so the "dome" light is actually two lights, one over each rear passenger door. Removal is not obvious, and can't find any info online, though I'm still searching... Can somebody tell be how to open these to expose/replace the bulbs?
What about the resistance issue? The LEDs are lower resistance so can trigger the “bulb out” warning. Is that not an issue here? Maybe Precision LEDs have an internal resistor?
Hello. I have a 2020 Nissan Rogue with panoramic roof and would like to change the cargo light that is located up in the ceiling rather than in the side below, as shown in the video. Do you guys know how to access to this bulb? I would appreciate your help
Sir, were these the premium level or the standard level LEDs that you've installed? It would be nice to see the difference between the brightness levels of both. Please advise! Thanks in advance.
Thank you for your interest. The Premium LEDs are used for all of our DIY installation videos. Also, the Premiums would be roughly 2x brighter than the Standards.
What about lights by grab handles on sides above rear doors? My 2015 has push button on off and I think they are both worn out from the kids leaving them on all the time
If these are factory halogens, you may have to remove the entire fixture rather than just the lens in order to access the bulb. If you like, you are welcome to email us over photos and we might be able to make a more detailed suggestion!
Yes! The installation process would be very similar but you would install this kit: www.precisionled.com/nissan-rogue-led-interior-package-2016-present.html
No, we do not have a storefront, as we are strictly an E-commerce company. Also, we are not an auto shop. However, if you are concerned about performing your own installation, you can contact any auto or stereo shop and they should be able to do the installation.
We do not carry the Rogue high beam bulb (H9) in our inventory. However, we do carry the proper low beam bulb, which you can find here: www.precisionled.com/premium-h11-cree-hl-gl-headlight-led.html
Cliff Clemens The High beams are a bit tougher to get at also, they have a round cover sealing the bulb assy. My arm barely fits in there to do the drivers’ side.
Thank you for your interest. Yes, you can indeed change the fog lights on your '16 X-Trail to LEDs. We have listed you would use the H11 bulb type. Here is the compatible LED kit for your vehicle's fogs: www.precisionled.com/premium-h11-cree-led-headlights.html
I tried to pry out the 2019 Nissan Rogue reverse light and it won’t come out took out all three screws and it won’t budge I don’t want to break anything on it. Any suggestions?
Eric Goldenberg be careful not to scratch it when you pry. Go in from the side of the trunk light. Make sure to pull it up to make room for your pry tool, use a microfibre cloth to wrap tool if needed for paint protect. When your pry bar is in, turn it and wiggle it in deep and eventually it’ll pop. It’s pretty tight in there so use that cloth so you’re not scared of damaging anything
If the X Trail is the Australian version as the Rogue, then yes, the LED kit is compatible with your vehicle. Yes, we do ship all over the world, including to Australia. We have an international shipping flat rate of 34.99 USD.
No, we sell only high quality Canbus LEDs to ensure your LEDs shut off when the light is turned off, and to ensure you do not experience any other issues with your bulbs.
The map lights are factory LED so we do not show an upgrade in this video. Factory LEDs are soldered to a chip and board which makes them much more complicated to replace.
Bulb color temperature is ultimately personal preference. The 6000K projects a pure white, and the 8000K projects more of a cool white color. The 6000K is slightly brighter.
We have listed the Nissan Rogue 2016 does not have a glovebox light. However, if this is not the case for you, feel free to send a picture to help@precisionled.com and we can recommend a bulb and install procedure.

2017 Nissan Rogue SL Platnum glove box LED light swap video please !!!
Thanks for the suggestion. We will be on the lookout for a 2017 Nissan here in LA!
What about the resistance issue? The LEDs are lower resistance so can trigger the “bulb out” warning. Is that not an issue here? Maybe Precision LEDs have an internal resistor?
Yes, that is correct, our LED ballast come with built-in resistors to prevent any dash errors from projecting.

No, the map lights are stock LED, which you cannot replace as they are soldiered to a chip and board.
PrecisionLED - I hate the size they made for that map light. It’s not bright enough
Hi I was wondering the bulb number for the vanity light
Hi! The vanity light uses a 29mm festoon type bulb, which you can find here:
www.precisionled.com/festoon-29x5mm-2-smd-led.html
Would this work for a 2017 Rogue Sport?
Yes! The installation process would be very similar but you would install this kit:

Where these the 6k or the 8k lights installed.
You could also access the license plate lights when you take off the big trunk panel too
Thanks for the input!
Is that the crystal or cool white
The crystal white color was used in the video.
do you have any shop in Tampa, FL where this can be installed.

How about LED for the brake lights?
We actually do not recommend brake light upgrade to LEDs as they may hyper flash when ignited.
I don’t see how this the most detailed-specific it lacks some details like sunroofs. No dome lights in them just two lights one over each rear doors.
Do u have the same kid for a 2018 roug
This kit should work for your 2018: www.precisionled.com/nissan-rogue-premium-led-interior-package-2016-present.html
Hi what type of bulb is reverse light ? T20 ?
The reverse light would use the T10 10SMD bulb type, which you can find here: www.precisionled.com/premium-t10-canbus-10smd-5730-led.html
Is the price of this product shown in canadian dollars?
Please check out our website precisionled.com for all pricing details! Thanks!

Do u have a 2016 rogue how to replace the manufacturer radio with another time that fits w/o promoting a brand name, please. Thank so much

We have listed the Nissan Rogue 2016 does not have a glovebox light. However, if this is not the case for you, feel free to send a picture to help@precisionled.com and we can recommend a bulb and install procedure.
where is the center interior one?!
Carlos Magno Tubertine If you have a panoramic sunroof there isn't one
Why would anyone want to put a bright led in a vanity mirror? To blind themselves and not able to see anything in mirror
Are you blinded by bright vanity lights in your bathroom? The point is to brightly illuminate your face and pop zits
You can always choose to install the standard LEDs, which are not as bright as the premium.
Why can't Nissan install when they make them,, they so dam cheap
Because they already have millions of the incandescent
🤷♂️
The interior lighting on this model is pathetic ,especially the trunk lamp. I have installed led globe's and the difference is fantastic, recommended.
Agreed, it makes a huge difference!
What is the number of the bulb for the vanity light?
