I feel so much better finding so many people are listening it as well. I'm listening white nose before sleeping since I was small. None of my friend understand this and they are all laughing...😀 but I'm not alone! I even think I'm addicted to it. I won't fall asleep without it.
You should maybe make it a habit of using this occasionally, not every time you go to sleep and make yourself dependent on it. It's actually unhealthy. Even if you like the white noise your body still prefers a quiet environment for rest.
Been sleeping with a fan for over 40 years. The airflow was affecting my throught making phlem and causing sleep apnea sometimes. Especially in winter. I can rely on this channel to aid my sleep any time. Whenever required.

Tengo un bebé de 2 meses, nació en verano y se acostumbró a dormir con el sonido del ventilador que tenemos en la habitación, pues este atenuaba el sonido exterior. Ahora estamos en otoño/invierno y no podemos prender el ventilador porque ya hace demasiado frío.
