Don't ever let them take God from you. Don't ever let them convince you that they HATE on God's authority. Don't blame God. God loves us all. Any conditions placed on that love was set there by people who have no say on the matter. People who have no right to judge. No matter who you love or how you live, God loves you just the way he made you. Just like all the rest of us.

I'm so sorry that this was his/your encounter with those who are called to represent our loving God. We are human and many times we fail to represent Him well. I do however know, that He (God) is not always what the church portrays but He is who He came to show us He is in the form of His son, Jesus. I love your poem and I love your story. You just have to love God more than the desires of your flesh..prayer works..Stop saying I am who I am or I was born this way because we were all only born to do the will of God to serve him and most importantly love him and each other..God gave us free will so its your choice ultimately but he loves you regardless of anything you do but he is sovergn and will not go against his law!
