I have another question every time I want a meat to be tender soft like melts in your mouth in the instapot the flavor taste discusting 😩😩 no matter what spices I put always it’s discusting 😰😫 but some how only with beets nothing happens 🤷♀️

Just replace them, or thoroughly cleanse & Reinsert. Also, Try soaking pan in white vinegar as well. The 'Poly-seals retIn so w flavor, so maintenance every once in a while, per your observations. As a note, some Gals have w separate seals, for (example), between meat, vegetables, & fish, (i.e. seafood in general. The seals are extremely inexpensive, all things considered, and, ... Have you done that ready? If so, then it's Melanie's fault [Jest kidding], but if suggestion works, then, ... ye shall "Overcome" setbacks, against all odds, & prrsevere, ... (Cooking-wise), ... "Maybe". But no promises there from me. 😁 😉 Personally, I enjoy Instant Pot pressure cooker for meats and onions, and ... (Pretty much everything) 👍
The beet juice won't stain your skin if you wash your hands once your done and the beet skin will come off just using your fingers I also put the beets in a cold water bath to cool them down to stop them from cooking to avoid a mushy beet.

Thanks for the explanation. If you accept an advise, I would avoid using the disposable gloves for that, it is such an unnecessary waste of plastic :/
