My experiences have varied. I know that the time of the year and weather can be significant factors. Another factor is supplies. I am curious as to why you have decided to order another harvester species and not another kind. DO not get me wrong, I have both myself and I enjoy them both. I am just curious. If you have any questions I would contact Mack at THA.
@@Bradimus1981I like the size of them and they were the ones I head. I also like the seed heavy diet. You know how it is when you first start. I may totally go in another direction when it's time to buy
How warm is your heat cable, those ants are avoiding it like the plague!
Not sure, but I moved their THA Mini Hearth to a much cooler spot (no UTH or heat cables) and they seem to to be behaving the same.
What has been your experience with wait times from tarheel ants? Waiting on my occidentalis but want to order barbatus in a few days.
