Actually it was the opposite for me! I busted ass for so long trying to put on muscle, so to be told I was overdeveloped was a win! I must be doing something right!
Hi Renne, I follow you on Instagram but this is the first time I’ve seen one of your workout videos. I’m a 37 yo man and have sciatica on my left side. I need to strengthen my glutes as it turns out they’re really week. What would you suggest that I can do at home?
Because there's no fancy formulas to building muscle the principles are well established, it just takes time and consistency, in training, diet and recovery, nothing more nothing less

Thank you! Those were my last few reps I was fighting for, I was trying not to cheat and keep my hips on the pad. Earlier reps were higher.
