- A trip to Hong Kong would not be complete without some dim sum, and this time, I tried out a couple different experiences. I went for old fashioned traditional dim sum at Lin Heung Tea House and then for fancy luxury dim sum at Yan Toh Heen.

I am a kidney and liver patient. Many times it's hard for me to eat and my biggest pleasure is to cook for my housemates. And a empty bowl is the greatest compliment...
Glad to see someone just like me on the last part. I'm autistic, so many food textures make me gag. I wish I wasnt like this, but I have no choice. I feel horrible too when I eat someones food and I have to spit it out due to the texture. Theres foods where I like the taste, but I cant stand the texture so I cant eat it.
I really enjoy Virginia's vibes. She seems really comfortable on camera with Mike.
Everyone's loving on Aiko but Virgina is the one you want to hang with. She notices what a loompah Mikey is when he eats, but it doesn't faze her.

I'm not a person who will generally choose luxury over traditional, in fact, some of the best food experiences I have ever had were out in the street stalls. But after seeing that Luxury Dim sum, I have to admit, I would choose that any day over traditional. Considering however that I could never guiltlessly splurge in such an expensive meal I have to live the experience through you! Awesome video as always Mike Chen! Here's to many more!

Wow!! Love this dimsum episode. I was literally drooling and swallowing it back from all those great dumpling creations from both the cheap and luxury end. I also love how Virginia and Aiko are two different women but their love of food is evident from how they interact with you!

I could never live in the city. Other places like Stanley, Clearwater Bay or Lantau Island have a much lovelier vibe.

Dhika Shinli To be honest, chicken feet Java’s two layer of skin. The first layer of skin was peeled off and nail is cut off, so technically it is very clean to eat lol
pigs have hooves...kind of like shoes, no ?....ha ha
Fun Fact: they remove the chicken feet outer skin but they don't remove the pig feet skin before cooking!

Tania Souf it’s the room that they’re in. The walls are too flat and sound waves are bouncing off of them, echoing and messing up the audio. Studios have acoustic panels on their walls to stop that from happening.
