Dhika Shinli To be honest, chicken feet Java’s two layer of skin. The first layer of skin was peeled off and nail is cut off, so technically it is very clean to eat lol

What a crazy experience the difference between those two on something called just Dim Sum so expansive of a food that two star michelin restaurant I loved the pacing of the dishes and kinda the more quieter atmosphere and then I also loved the hustle and bustle of the other restaurant they both speak dim sum to me and they both have things I would love to try. Fun Fact: they remove the chicken feet outer skin but they don't remove the pig feet skin before cooking!
