The script the character the storyline can pass any century easily... what a legend
I was a 12-14 year old girl(last half 90s), when my mom forced me to watch the series,
so Golden Girls was not a series I was willing to watch since it didn't contain any of the things that I like to watch (animals, crime and supernatural).
But after watching 10 minutes of the first episode, I was hooked on the series.

The one I like the best here is about Rose's parents playing leapfrog. Another one I like that's not from here is where Rose talks about her mother and a mechanic. Rose: "Do you know what he had underneath that trenchcoat?". Blanche: "A wrench?". Rose: "That's what mother called it."
