I had to come back cause I just realized something. Since Emperor's attack are physical minus the super art, Hazuki can buff up his already crazy damage even further.
BIG NOTE: His SA equip ct doesn't stack with sgliza. Unfortunate, but not the end of the world, his art can at least be spammed and have multiple equip ct boosts at once. Just think of all the times you ran emp and mako for that artgen-it's now in one unit lmao. The equip ct and arts gen with him and sgliza will be a whole new meta. But just think of having 90 equip ct down and halfing your cooldowns on your defence, support, and 6 star magic res equip.

The specific equip ct buffs stack because it's not just base equip ct, the same way mitsuya's art stacks with liza's ta. They're different so they stack. And for his sa, since it's conditional to status ailments being afflicted or not, it has to stack with base equip ct.

I just realized that this new Emperor doesn't drain his health with any of his arts like regular Emperor. So now he doesn't require a form of healing in the team.

kinda disappointed ngl it's literally been powercreep after powercreep. Not to mention he brings nothing new to the table in terms of unit kit design same old og emperor kit stuffed into a newer character. Also you'd have to pull for the dude. I'd rather them take some time to rework/buff older units to actually have actual purpose in the game. I like the game it's fun and all but there has been nothing more sad to see a copy and paste of unit kits over and over again. This fr feels like a cashgrab.

Same goes with sgliza, by herself, not the craziest, but it's with others that she can really shine. But wgfen is definitely the best overall solo unit, I just find that the synergy of units is a bit more important, because in whfen's case, being placed with sgliza won't be too crazy, but the fact 2 sss units mesh so good together makes bfemp crazy in my mind.

I mean, the game lets you play 4 characters that got to synergize to make an event easy, I agree that kitwise WGF is straight out bs and broken beyond comprehension, but we got Sunraku who does the same, while Emp is still number 1 on Jap with or without SGLiza, because he pairs well with every single character in the game

Maybe its just me but im kinda disappointed, he gives higher burst arts than reg emp at 10 per sec but it totals less than regular emperor, and his equip ct being only for specific equips im not a fan of, and the skill being nerfed from 50 to 20 hurts imo
His skill was nerfed since he gives himself 7 arts a second, with that mind, including his skill, he'll get roughly 97 arts everytime he uses his skill. And I'm not too worried about the artgen, similar to wgfen with only 80, but everything else is still insanely usable

The only downside I see to him is he's so Support focused. Nothing for DPS. It'd be nice if he could nuke like Simon, Mikey, or Miyu. We need more Units like them so more Players have options to choose from.
You know if he fight in the r8 condition and enemy he can easily get 300% dmg buff. And 150k multiplier seems support?. Idk but he seems overloaded to me

Not really, Sunraku doesn't work well teamwise, he only works for himself, since he doesn't give crit like WGF or Equip CT like Emp, at that point I prefer WGF over Sunraku; but Emp and Wgf in the right teams don't compare, Emp is broken asf with everyone and goes full bs without problems

They should be good beside artgen maybe, but the old Emperor seems to hold the new one back a bit, so I'd rather someone else

Is the SA an immediate 50% refresh on his equips? Like you activate it and your CT goes from 60s instantly down to 30s?
