mostly Shiro's shield and damage mitigation from his SA field effect, the boss gives himself damage boost on different races depending on what threshold he is on. F2P can use Sandstone but you need very good equipment and Equipment cool down to survive major bursts. If you see your hp move during the first to second threshold, you are not surviving the last phase if you can't burst fast enough.
So far there's been only one full clear team and that's Chloe orbis rayas fen. Almost impossible to get full clear without using revives for rayas clear
