Let's make Tshotlo fam. This yummy dish is also called Seswaa in Botswana.
Here's how I elevated this dish.
Ingredients:
Beef chuck
beef steaks
Make sure your meat have some bones for flavour
I also added x3 bone marrows
For seasoning I used only the following:
1 Tablespoon of salt
Black pepper
1 teaspoon of oreganum
1 teaspoon of Italian herbs
500ml of chicken stock ( I used 1 tablespoon of Bennie chicken stock powder + 500ml of water)
I used plenty of water. Add water to avoid burning and until the meat falls off the bone.
Method:
Brown meat
All all ingredients then boil on medium heat for 4 hours.
Enjoy with any starch of your choice.
