📢 Recipe (Ingredients)-----------------------------
* Dough 1
300g (2 cups) All-purpose flour/wheat flour
12g (1 tbsp) Sugar
2g (1/4 tsp) Salt
80ml (6 tbsp) Cooking oil
120ml (1/2 cups) Water
* Dough 2
150g (1 cup) All-purpose flour/wheat flour
90g (6 tbsp) Unsalted butter
* Fillings
475g (1 can) Sweetened red bean
16g (2 tbsp) Cornstarch
180°C (355°F) bake for 25 minutes
📢 Important tips
1. the dough needs to be rested for 30 minutes, so that it is not easy to break when rolling.
2. I used canned red beans for the filling, because the canned red beans are wet, you need to add cornstarch to fry a little to dry it.
3. stamped with red food coloring, printed on the surface of the moon cake and then baked.
4. this method is very simple and convenient, you can make several hundred moon cakes a day.
