Hi. Nice video. One question - What did you think of Glenn basically saying writing a report on the job is not conducive to writing a good report? Obviously, you encourage "not working at night", which means you write it as you are inspecting.
I disagree, but that's okay. Home inspectors have to do what works for them and business operations. For my company, we required inspectors to write the report on-site. No homework. Makes for a terrible family life, and it wears the inspector out after a few years. wow that is a lot of poor workmanship and and low amount of integrity, these defects can be the result of people getting hurt, more and more reasons why we need inspectors at every step. smh but i love the content
