I am fairly confident that when I receive my copy that I will be able to play right away. Thank you for reinforcing the rules and giving a different perspective to strategy. To the Edge!🚀🚀🚀
Another excellent teach & play. I would love to see another playthrough once the production copies arrive. And finally, nice to see Edward back in the win column.
Played this as 5 player game last night adding in Nethervoid and Vortexes. It was absolutely incredible. It's either tied for my #1 game (with Dead Reckoning) or it possibly just overtook my #1 spot!
This was amazing. My girlfriend and I were trying to watch other content creators explain this, but you guys got it bang on, and I feel really confident in my understanding of the game. And actually I think (at least so far at 1:30:00) I believe you are scoring developments incorrectly. You keep attempting to score undeveloped planets' printed leaders, but you're only supposed to score printed leaders when the planet has been developed (logically because those leaders are now running said development.) Thank you for this video though, I'm so stoked to back this now!
I just received my deluxe copy. It looks fantastic. Starting to watch the playthrough as HC are always my go to for those. I’m just wondering whether anything (rules etc) changed after this playthrough? I know I’ll have to fully read the rule book to be sure but does anyone know? Thanks, as always, for your detailed playthroughs and teaches, Edward. They’re really appreciated. Mark
Love your coverage. Have you thought about taping a short teach separate, allowing for easier close ups, more casual delivery, and better audio and then editing that into the play?
Great playthrough, approximately how wide is the main board? Is it about the same size as the viticulture tuscany board? I see it kinda folds to three. Thanks!
You need to activate a Module with a ship before you use energy in a row of your tableau. But the ship does not have to be on the first module in a row. It can be on any module in that row.
Great playthrough, as always. I love dwellings, but not sure about this one. It looks great, but seems just too similar to dwellings to back. Yes, it looks like an improvement, but I don’t know if it’s different enough. Any thoughts about this game for someone who has and loves dwellings?
As someone who has played a lot of both Dwellings and Andromeda's Edge, they are distinct enough that I see them as totally different games. Not only is the aesthetic completely different, but a lot of very important game mechanics are as well (Modules v. Adventure cards, Track powers, Events are totally new, raiders coming out isn't random based on tiles, etc).

Glad it helped and you enjoyed it? Cheers, Mark!
This looks great! My all-in copy arrived yesterday. I'm so excited to get it to the table!
Loved this playthrough! Really a great job translating the rulebook into the gameplay. HC is my favorite teach/playthrough channel.

Steel Pulse? “Rally round the flag! Rally round the red, gold, black, and green!"

“Let’s put this event card here so we won’t forget.” …And proceed to forget 😂

Thank you for this explain and play. Very cool.
Great game. Thanks for playing.

Backed. Thanks for doing this playthrough.
You see tracks? ... Your brain is playing tricks on you. Those are stars and bands of color across the galactic sky.

54:00 playthrough starts
The only thing that bugs me is that it doesn’t even try to hide the 5 tracks thematically. They really feel just like tracks and nothing else

Great play through... Enjoyed the lot of it.
Great rules teaching, that was very clear ^^
Team "Ice ice baby" ;-)
YES!!!
Curious if this game will also be great solo or with 2 players...
Don’t you need to activate a development row ALWAYS a ship on the first card of the row ? Good PT btw

@@lukelaurie nice, thx for the clarification. Got that one wrong from flying over the rules 😅
Btw you have me as Backer 😬
Kudos from RunicNeonTelescope!
1:25:40 purple took 4 energy instead of 3

Very few people had a chance to get their hands on Dwellings. This is great for those who missed out.

Seems the Refugees are unbalanced IMO. Sincerely hope there is more balancing done before release.
