The moment you realize your grandfather can steal your girl
Some times it just be a positive vibes and fun watching beardbrand ... 💙
Looks much fuller now! It’s obv you know your limits and your beard. Marvelous Mr B 👏🏼
Great cut Greg ! I am trying to define my style as well, seing that at home people can simply try without being afraid to trim too much is great. Thanks for this step by step video.
Guillaume SG Start with that 1 month maintenance trim. It's a good way to practice. And few people will notice if you cut off that little and you mess it up
you sir are the envy of many when it comes to an awesome beard
This man is my idol for beards!!!
Was gonna bash this but you did a great job for doing it yourself it actually looks good. 👍🏼
Berzinsky Sundays are back! Always enjoy your tutorials and learn something new every time.
What’s your opinion on the current beard trim trend in barbershops to blow dry the beard straight out and apply hairspray and then trim?
A good trim result! Balance counts and at this length, for you, it achieves it at about nose height . . . the roughly 50/50 point from the bottom of your beard to the top of your head. I'd suppose this will look better, too, wearing one of your bespoke business suits. I actually liked your long beard, too, but it might be more suitable to winter months, special occasions to give you a little more "clay" to sculpt with for other styles in the future. Good video; it shows how one can use scissors to make this change. Brad
Definitely think this is the strongest look. Thank you for sharing your at-home process!
Great video Greg! Looks fantastic. Your videos have given me confidence to maintain my own beard. Thanks.
An extra special soothing Sunday styling masterpiece. Looks fantastic Greg, beard on!!
Suits you best that length. Love the way you softened the cut, will have to try that myself. Usually just shorten the hairs slightly above but preferring your method.
Awesome trim Greg! I've always had a bias towards longer beards, but as I grow into my late 20s, the shorter and full beards are more appealing to me now.
Stephono Lomax and you can always come back to the longer beard.
Looks great! The thicker mustache looks great too.
Greg, incredible tutorial. My heart is always in my throat when attempting to tame the chin whiskers. Getting the line in there first is great advice
one of the best auto trims on the internets! you look amazing Greg.
I dare not say my beard looks similar...well, since I live in Germany, I do dare say it anyway! Nice trim, thank you for your ongoing inspiration all around the world 🌏🇩🇪
Looks good both ways. And you're right I honestly wasn't shocked by the difference like I thought i would be after that initial cut. Nice work Greg.
You change beard by your self like a wizard 🧙🏻♂️
Tks for the video. I’ve been growing and self trimming my beard aiming for that style. For me I think I’ll have it a little bit shorter but that’s definitely the style I’m aiming for
Great trim. Helps being a good looking guy! Beard on brother!!! 🧔🏼
Good job Greg! Beard still looks strong and even makes you look younger..You've inspired me to do the same.
I always do that with electric clippers as you automatically get at least an inch and a half of straight edge due to the blade of the clipper (if it's that wide). Scissors makes it really easy to go off at an angle. Most of the barbers online use a clipper.
like the transformation!... surprised you do everything scissor cut, I guess its more accurate but definitely takes longer
Love your videos. Wish I had your skill for grooming, we have similar beards and totally agree with the seasonal approach to length.
I just did a major beard cut and I must say, I love it.
OK so Greg you are very good at self trimming. I have had multiple failures and am so scared to try again. Im not entirely sure where I'm even going wrong. I am going for a very similar look and my beard is currently probably the length u started with. I'm going to try and copy step by step.
You can always reduce the speed of the video and pause it along the way.
Beardbrand thanks for the reply. You guys are awesome. I will do exactly as you suggest
Good look. I wish amazon Canada sold your products.
Talent and wisdom
Looking good as always Greg. Thank you, and Beardbrand for the video.
Having seen Carlos's beard go down, I kinda want to see what all of you look like without the beards(and that includes the mustache). Think you could do a Then and Now video?
Awesome job! Looks great.
Solid beard! I recently did a massive beard trim. However, I accidentally took the neckline too close to my chin.... I considered shaving it all off, but I fought off the urge. Now I’m letting that portion grow back but it looks kind of odd right now lol two one beard with two diff lengths! Ever done anything like that? If so how did you fix it?
Yes it chisels your facial structure much more! I personally like it this way!
Can you describe how you do your neckline in the beginning?
Looks good mate!! After all it’s your face no one elses 🤘🏼
Looks great! I actually just trimmed mine as well with this very same length!
I agree, Greg. This length really suits you!
teddy daniels haircut tutorial? it’d be cool bc it’s nice and short for summer
No joke, what a brilliant job! Seriously. Greg, you sure no one is there behind the scenes helping?
You always do a good job cutting your own beard. I lack the confidence and I couldn't even draw a straight line so I doubt I could cut one lol
Looks really good Greg...you are much braver than I am . I’d totally screw mine up.
Nice job, looks great as always. I to find a shorter beard works better for me too. Keeps the videos coming.
A man who aged so gracefully. Love the new look 🙂🙂
oh beard cutting ASMR.. 7:47
haha nice one lol
A shorter beard does suit you. Also thank you for trimming using scissors. I'm growing to prefer scissors over clippers for smaller alterations, but I haven't done a full beard trim with scissors yet. Now I feel more comfortable about it.
Looks fantastic Greg! I always thought that length suits you the best as well.
He definitely looks great.
Greg, what product do you recommend for use for the hair on top?
thinning and mostly graybeard , can see the under neath part of my chin, would like to maybe
have some and light coloring spread like your darker gray areas but I was naturally a red /brown /blonde hair and beard. afraid to use a produce like just for men seems all hair turned a ugly gray color and doesnt look natural. any ideas?
Thank for posting this video.
Awesome, Greg ! You look much more like the fresh young man you certainly are !
How do you trim your mustache when you want it to grow long like yours. When I go to the barber to get it trimmed they always knock it down to a baby stache. If I let it grow I let gets really scraggly at about a month. I use beard brand mustache was but it only hold for less than 30 minutes
Good job, Greg.
Looks good Greg, I think you can wear any style of beard. You make the trimming look so easy hahah, stay bearded my friend.
I agree with you. I think this is your optimal length.
Tony Clay it says Beard without saying competition beard
Looking good Greg!
My beard is coarse. How can i naturally make it soft and tidy? Or do you know any cream that really does the job??
Looks great
Much better Greg!
I think it would look good if the length in front (chin) stayed and then trim the neckline to a wedge shape. Then take some out of the side to narrow it up.
My girl is in love with you. She thinks you look gorgeous with your beard.
Have you thought about sound insulation in your bathroom? You may record often in there and it will help allot with audio quality.
👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Thats the length for you!!
The shorter look suits you better. The length you cut it to in this video is at about the same length I usually have mine.
Hey Greg I smoke cigars and occasional pipe. Problem is it causes my white mustache to turn yellow. I’ve tried peroxide baking soda combination, different clarifying shampoos without much success. Any suggestions besides quitting cigars. Lol.
Great cut
Looks thicker and fuller after the cut. Much better look Greg
p.s, im67, first full beard ever grown, stash is. descent.
I like the final look Greg. 👍
Looking much better.
Greg is the darn man.
Humanity should preserve somehow such genes *_* and clone the guy in multiple series #)))
Ana Sch I think I would fear such a world. :)
omg you've read that %)))) (blush)
Ana Sch artificial insemination?
At first I felt horror when you said you were going to trim it. It was at the perfect length at the start of your video. And then you said a couple of inches. I almost couldn’t watch. I feared for your sanity and everything holy. But when you were done I was reassured. There was still a great beard. I trust your wisdom.
before, the sideparts were almost as long as your chinpart, i think...that gives your face a smaller look, and especially with a longer beard, i would keep on searching for that "rounder" look that you have found in the latest minutes", you could have the same look "il think" even with that longer beardstyle, about the density i agree, i would have cut off half the lenght you did, not because your did it wrong...just a personal touch...thanks for sharing nice info.
ur such a cutie greg!!! so compassionate and tender ,,,youre absolutely right this is the best length for u hun
Hey Greg , long time fan here
I was wondering, do you know if its possible to grow back a receiding hairline ? Or atleast stop the the receiding? I'm only 21 and its receided alot recently which is freeking me out. Do you know of anything that can help? Diet , medication , home remedy ? Anything
Either way looks good.
Still digging your summer haircut. Love the shorter beard, too.
Are you recording this video under water?
Looks great!
Your videos always inspire. Thanks Greg, beard looking magnificent.
Darker Impulses many thanks
Nice grand pa 😀😀
Thank you for the video teacher, Shalom Adonai !!
Nice trim Greg it came out great. You said “um” a few times.
I can't get my sides to grow past the limit they are at now :/ its been over 8 months no growth :(
Looks like a Westie 🐶
All that just with a pair of scissors? Very very helpful 👍
Good I buzzzed mine with a 4 and a 1
You have more courage than me. If I try that I will end up screwing it and will have no more beard left at the end.
I am brazil fã do beardbrand 👍
Awesome beard
Looks great.
Good job. It looks good.
Awesome beard Greg.
Looks great. I think it makes you look younger and more well groomed if that is possible 😉
Fresh to death, Greg, fresh to death. 😎🎩
Greg, is that basically a square style?
It's a bit squared off on the bottom, but he curls the front underneath a little to give it a softer finish.
Greg Beardzinsky :D
